Without me asking Mo made requests and arrangements for me even while I was in the hospital. I forgot to pack my wall charger for my phone. He reached out to staff on my behalf and the nurses collected my devices to recharge at the desk whenever I looked pathetic holding it with the cord, smh. I didn’t feel judged or scalded for something I knew was a big miss on my part. Talk about the extra mile. I hoped the hotel would have USB ports but if not Mo was on standby to have someone get a charger for me. Fortunately, the hotel had a small store inside and I was able to purchase a charger under $6 but it felt good having Mo in the wings at all times. Even after the move to the hotel, Mo was part of a daily routine. He checked in and would remind me of doctors orders and instructions, like water and walking. He was reassuring of the stages of recovery and supportive of any concern I expressed. He was on standby for the entire day of the journey home and two weeks post-op Mo still checks in randomly to remind me of milestones and numerous standing orders and recommendations. My overall experience with ClinicExperts is good thus far but it is an understatement to say my experience with Mo is exceptional.
