I was recommended by a friend to smile clinic as I was very impressed with his hair transplant. I sent a Wattsapp message to the number provided and was contacted by Alex. He provided me with the available price options and advised me on the main areas that needed the most attention with full accuracy 6 months on. The day before my flight I was also contacted by my drive who sent me a video of exactly where to go to meet him at the airport, Since my transplant Alex has been in touch with me to see how I am doing and is always there for any questions I need. I feel the communication was perfect from Alex I'd normally expect a response after 1-2 days but Alex responds to my questions within minutes which I feel is very important as well as my results.

The transplant operation went smoothly and the staff always assured me that everything will be good. It's been one month now since my hair transplant and I'm happy with the procedure. I will send the clinic my pictures in 2 more months so they can see my progress. I am very pleased and happy with this clinic. They are very professional and kind and always willing to answer my questions.
