I travelled to Istanbul with my daughter for her iLASIK surgery at Risus Clinic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt confident and reassured. Violet was absolutely perfect—she was so attentive and personally involved in every step, ensuring that both of us were well taken care of throughout the process. She even attended the surgery to ensure there were no communication issues during the operation. Her kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all our questions in detail, which made us feel completely at ease. After my daughter’s successful surgery, I decided to have a consultation for my own vision issues. I’ve been dealing with hypermetropia (farsightedness) for years and had been considering an IOL lens operation. However, Dr. Öncel recommended LASIK surgery instead, and I’m so glad I trusted his expertise. Both my daughter and I are thrilled with the results. The professionalism, care, and attention we received at Risus Clinic were exceptional, and the outcomes have exceeded our expectations. Choosing Risus Clinic for our eye surgeries was the best decision we could have made. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering eye surgery! This is a wonderfully run clinic. As proof, this is my second trip to the place. The first time, I accompanied a friend who had the transplants done. The result was very successful. However, since my friend does not have a lot of hair and needed to add more, we came a second time with another friend who also wanted work done. In my particular case, my hairline was thinning and so I decided as well to join the club. From the first communication with Ahmet, who coordinated everything, the entire procedure for all of us was smooth and seamless. As all our needs were not the same, Ahmet paid attention to make sure our individual needs were addressed accordingly. The pick up at the airport, the hotel accommodations, the actual procedure and post care were all as easy as one would want. There are many clinics in Istanbul - many of which are factories that do the same cookie cutter procedure regardless of ones particular needs. This is not the case here. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want a professional, discreet, safe and clean environment. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. PS communication in English is absolutely no problem--i.e. our Turkish is non-existent...it took me a few days just to learn to say 'Thank you"! =)

This was my 1st time getting a hair transplant. I did a lot of research on many clinics in Istanbul, and from all of them, Tetik stood out as the best. I spoke with Tugce on the phone, and she made all the preparations; she was awesome. They picked me up from the airport in a luxurious van and drove me to my hotel. The next day, after a great Turkish breakfast, they picked me up and drove me straight to the clinic where Tugce greeted me and my wife. After sitting down and explaining everything again that we discussed on the phone, she took me to the medical room where everything looked professional and introduced me to the medical staff. They were all very nice and professional, from the assistants to the doctor. Surgery went great; I had 4000 grafts put in. After surgery, they drove me back to the hotel. The next day, they picked me up and drove me to the airport. I'm so glad I chose Tetik. Now waiting for results! 😊
