On December 18th, I had my hair implant, I was a bit scared. My worries disappeared as soon as I came into contact with the Mcan team. They were kind, professional, and helpful, always patient and with a smile on their faces. The experience is much less traumatic than anyone might imagine, it is something relatively easy and one that I will never regret. I advise everyone to contact Mcan and decide to use their services.

I visited BSC Health for 12 veneers. They gave me a final quote before visiting. Once in the clinic, they double-checked scans and lowered the price slightly when they saw less need for extra work. That honesty felt refreshing. I was surprised they checked in via WhatsApp after each appointment, even over weekends. Small reassurance, but it made me feel cared for.

It’s honestly hard to put into words how much better I feel. I was self-conscious about my hairline for years. Had my treatment 4 months ago and I am already feeling more confident, people saying I look younger. I'm so delighted with the results. I was naturally slightly worried travelling to Istanbul but I was wrong. The whole process of Alexander keeping in touch throughout my pre-departure to be picked up in a taxi from the airport, dropped me off at a 5 star hotel, then to be met by him on the morning of my procedure at my hotel opposite the fantastic Modern hospital. It was so personal throughout and I never felt alone. I'm so happy I chose Dr Can and his team, such a professional, cool guy as was his team. I had 5000 grafts. 4 months on back in England I feel as if my head is normal. I am looking forward to revisiting Istanbul soon, it was so very hospitable to me.
