Clinic Expert

I had a mommy makeover at 57 at Clinic Experts, Istanbul, Turkey. I had 3 children and lost and kept off over 150lbs for over 15 years. My makeover included 360 liposuction and lift to the torso, lipo and lift of the arms, and lipo on thighs. I wanted to write a solid review and have decided it will take three separate reviews. One for my case worker I call my medical ambassador, one for the hospital and experience there, and a third for the surgeon and results sometime after 8 weeks post op to have a better idea of the results. After reaching out to four places, ClinicExperts got my attention by responding within hours on the weekend on WhatsApp. Mo Wahab always responded quickly and clearly. He provided information and prices without making me feel pressured. Quoted prices are typically only good for about 1-2 weeks with any agency. Once you decide you want their service it’s locked in for whenever you plan to have your procedure.

ClinicExperts pricing fell in the midrange of other quotes and had good availability of dates for when I wanted. I reviewed actual client photos and reviews again then settled on Clinic Experts as my final choice.
Mo gave prices and available dates quickly. Sent patient photos, clips, and links for my procedures so I could see the surgeon's work in particular. Once we decided on everything, Mo reserved my surgical date and hotel as part of the package. I sent my flight information and he arranged all transportation.

What really made all the difference was that Mo checked in on me and established a rapport pre-op. We started a countdown, helped keep my head on straight. He was incredibly thoughtful and supportive of this as mental and physical process. I felt we became friends so when I arrived I was very comfortable thinking someone was there for me. I can’t imagine how it would have felt without that bond (professional but powerfully reassuring).

As an American living in Portugal he arranged an English interpreter at the hospital. I did hear a bit of Portugese being spoken as well. They have someone who speaks any language a client may need.

Without me asking Mo made requests and arrangements for me even while I was in the hospital. I forgot to pack my wall charger for my phone. He reached out to staff on my behalf and the nurses collected my devices to recharge at the desk whenever I looked pathetic holding it with the cord, smh. I didn’t feel judged or scalded for something I knew was a big miss on my part. Talk about the extra mile. I hoped the hotel would have USB ports but if not Mo was on standby to have someone get a charger for me. Fortunately, the hotel had a small store inside and I was able to purchase a charger under $6 but it felt good having Mo in the wings at all times.

Even after the move to the hotel, Mo was part of a daily routine. He checked in and would remind me of doctors orders and instructions, like water and walking. He was reassuring of the stages of recovery and supportive of any concern I expressed. He was on standby for the entire day of the journey home and two weeks post-op Mo still checks in randomly to remind me of milestones and numerous standing orders and recommendations.

My overall experience with ClinicExperts is good thus far but it is an understatement to say my experience with Mo is exceptional.

I came to Clinicexpert for liposuction + J-Plasma Renuvion.
I was very scared before the operation, but Mr. Moatasem had this in common with me even before I arrived on the phone and also when I arrived at the preliminary examination.
Mrs. Dr. Sara took this and strengthened my decision to have the surgery.

The preliminary examination was carried out in a dedicated outpatient clinic (very modern and professionally equipped) with 72 examination rooms. The care on arrival was also very appreciated and you immediately feel important and comfortable.
Picking you up from the airport with a VIP transfer and after the examination the onward journey to the hospital is also great. Very good and quick reception there too.

My husband was able to sleep on a pull-out sofa in my single room for the whole 5 days. The surgery by Dr. Murat was very professional and he himself was very very reassuring and nice.

Finally, I would like to thank Moatasim for his support, he was always there for me and without his prior telephone advice, I wouldn't have been interested in commitment.
Clinic expert indeed. But it was a good decision.

I went to Clinic Wise for my BBL my surgeon was Dr Ersin Gonullu,
My experience from start to finish was fantastic.
My wonderful coordinator Cleo arranged everything for me I just had to book my flight, Nothing was any trouble no matter the time of day or night,
She was so reassuring and warm and friendly immediately got very comfortable communicating with her.
The Hotel was great spotless clean.
The drivers the assistants were all wonderful and so helpful.
I cannot find one fault in my whole experience. Dr Ersins two private nurses are also very gentle welcoming and sweet and all had impeccable English
I will finish up by saying Dr Ersin is a wonderful surgeon his detail to care is without fail,
He listens intently to his patients gives realistic expectations and is extremely skilled and safe which is why I chose him above all the other hundreds of surgeons in Istanbul,
I just knew he was kind caring extremely professional and very charming also!
I will be returning next year to him and his team to continue my surgery journey!

Clinic Expert was beyond perfection

My experience was successful and I was over satisfied. İ came to Turkey for a Hair transplant and blepharoplasty. From the start, honesty and transparency were the keys to choosing them as a trusty clinic. I had my test ready before travelling to make sure I am suitable for the Hair transplant. At the hospital, the doctor filled me in with all details and nurses kept me updated during the procedure.

I had HT then a day to rest then blepharoplasty. I felt tired but they took care of me very well and I appreciate it alot. Now I am in the recovery period. Already happy with my eyelid transformation and can't wait for my hair.

I had BBL with Clinic Expert in Turkey a few days ago. The surgeon was friendly and had a nice sense of humour. I could see that the medical team were experienced enough And the work went fluently. I did a hair transplant the last few days in Clinic expert and it was awesome. Here are some general feedback
• the pickup was on time and the driver was waiting for me in front of the airport. During my stay, he was the one responsible for my transportation in Istanbul from the hotel to the hospital.
•the operation went great. I had DHI with Choi pen, 3200grafts. Before the operation the doctor gave me full details about the process, we draw the hairline together and ordered a blood test to make sure everything is okay. During the operation they kept me entertained by some music and chats. After the operation, I rested than the day after I got my hair wash
•The hospital was clean and they respected the sanitary measurements. It was a big hospital so I understand when some doctors and nurses are busy and that's normal, yes I waited for some time to get my test done and to get the medical kit but it's alright I understand (I know some people won't understand)
•The call agent was friendly and helpful he was there for me, asking about my situations and making sure that everything went alright
• The hotel was nice, my room had a good view and I enjoyed my stay there.

Bottom line everything was as expected and I enjoyed my experience with them. Waiting for the results but I am sure that I will have a good look. Thank you, Clinic Expert.

I came 3 days ago for a hair transplant and it went very well. With Choi pen technology, I had the ability to implant 2900 grafts to redo my frontline and get more density in the vertex area.

The operation went well, they really respected the sanitary measurement(what I really appreciate) the hotel was good, the chauffeur was nice and I had a trustworthy translator.

I came to Turkey on the 12th of April to get my teeth fixed. I will be having implants and crowns.

Through this visit, I had removed the affected details, cleaned my gum, prepared it by having a small cut to place the titanium implant in the jaw bone. It's the first part of the process. Now I have to wait 3 months for it to heal and then am going to come again for the implant itself.

Well, the surgeon was super helpful he provided me with all the information about the process, precautions and advice to keep after the implant and during recovery.

The service was quite luxurious where I had my own VIP transportation, the room was in 5* hotel and with a gorgeous view and great welcoming medical crew. I really recommend them to everyone looking for such services.

One of the reasons that I choose Clinic Expert is their transparency and well-detailed information. From the first call, the agent was clear about the process, the package and the operation itself. Yet the diagnosis was based on pictures but he asked direct questions to understand more the case and deliver it to the doctor.

When I arrived in Turkey, the driver was waiting to take me for the pre-consultation with the doctor. At the hospital, Everyone respected the sanitary measurement and kept my safety as their first priority. During the consultation, the doctor took my concerns in order to provide me with the perfect solution, as I wasn't happy with the shape of my nose especially when I smiled and also the tip was big and incoherent. He explained the operation and provided me with helpful advice to prepare for it.

On the day of the operation, I was afraid and nervous Yet the medical crew were cheerful enough to make me feel at ease. The surgery took 4 hours and I woke up in the recovery room. The nurse was standing beside me, checking up on my health and preparing me to see my face with the bandages. At first, I was shocked cause my face was swallowing a little bit then the doctor made me feel normal as it's part of the process.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 days to recover and I was actually amazed how they kept on checking on my health and progress. I really appreciate that.
Coming to the revealing day, I was stressed and excited at the same time to see the final look. And here it is my new nose, yet still swallowing a little but it really changed me. I was very happy at that point cause the operation really succeeded and I got the results that I wanted.
