After receiving a quote in Australia for over $40,000AUD for dental work (implants) I researched Dentists in Hanoi and found Greenfield Dental. Communication with an overseas Dentist can be a challenge but found the staff at Greenfield very easy to deal with. Once I arrived in Hanoi and visited Greenfield the practice was clean and professional. I was allocated an interpreter for my visit as I cannot speak Vietnamese. The treatment I received was first class and I have recommended Greenfield to many people, some of which have had treatment there since my recommendation. Following an accident in the mid-1990s I have had back and neck problems which have slowly worsened over the years, culminating in little flexibility and constant stiffness. I visited ACC for an initial consultation in March 2024 and had the first of an agreed series of treatments in early April. Results already show an improvement and the dull ache in the neck and shoulders has already greatly reduced. Communication, based on clear, straightforward explanations, has been excellent from all at the clinic, not just the practitioners but the administrative staff too. Five more sessions to go and I am looking forward to the results.
