Poldent was the only place that welcomed me to get an x-ray done so I could send it to my dentist I couldn’t visit at the time due to covid restrictions, it was very important for her to see whether my condition was getting better or not. They only took few days to see me which was just fantastic and didn’t try to make me believe I now have to be their patient for any reason. Excellent dental care from the whole team, but most notably Victoria and most recently Dan, who throughout my double implant journey did his utmost to address all my fears, and I had quite a few! First time I’ve been in a dental setting for a very long time and was made to feel at ease by the friendly and welcoming staff as soon as I walked through the door. The gentleman (I’m really bad at remembering names) that I saw was excellent and was extremely knowledgeable, he took the time to explain things to me and I really appreciated that. When I need any dental work or help in the future this will be the place I go.
Dr Paul Liano is very calm and explains everything so clearly. He answered all my questions so my anxiety disappeared. And it’s so quick! Because they don’t need to send it away to a lab for the crown, they have a machine that makes it immediately! I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice.

Receptionist was helpful with suggestions if the dentist is booked and busy. Arash Jafari, the dentist who treated me, explains procedures carefully and checks that I am comfortable with everything. All round a much better service than I received previously in London who were very good but not as good as this practice in Bexhill.
