I visited Backwell Dental Care on 30/11/21 to see my Hygienist Mrs Helen Harrington. As usual, the procedure to enter the Reception area was controlled and gel used. We were seated metres away from each other. The Receptionist was very professional at all times. Helen was gentle, exceptionally thorough and her usual professional and kind self. On 01/09/21 I visited Dr Patrick Kennedy and he gave his usual caring, thoughtful and professional service. His skill is second to none and I have been a client of his for many years. I have never ever received such a professional service when visiting a dental practice. My husband who is a dental phobic now happily visits this practice with no anxiety whatsoever. He visits Dr Paul Bucknell who is most professional. I can highly recommend this practice which is 5 star at least. I was recommended many years ago by a friend who had amazing teeth. I have never looked back.

Absolutely fantastic Dentist, can't recommend highly enough. There kindness/compassion is exceptional. Been a patient for over 20 years, and would highly recommend. Best Dental Practice around in my opinion.

Had Cleaning, Fillings, and Mouth Guard done. Such precise, diligent, patient and perfect job done. No rushing up. Start to finish, step-by-step explanation rendered, with aftercare notes too! I am so impressed with their dedication and thoroughness. Best Dental care/work I have ever received. God bless them. I recommend their services to anyone. DR. I chose this surgery as I was recommended by a colleague, who had just had a crown fitted there. She said Dr Johal is so gentle and that he had done a great job. Since attending the practice I have had restorative white fillings, a white molar crown, check-ups, hygienist ultrasonic and hand scaling, polishing and air-flow cleaning, a nightguard to stop grinding teeth, and whitening treatment. I love this practice! The dental team are outstanding; friendly, caring, relaxed, very professional, - making your visits as pleasant as possible. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They always have time for you and make you feel important. Dr Sohal is amazing and has been very patient with all my questions, and is a wealth of information! He never rushes you or the work. I have been working in dentistry as either a nurse or receptionist for 40 years, (I don't work at this practice ! & I haven't been paid to write this review !), and I really believe they are the best! I know of lots of other practices to compare it with! The prices are good and the treatment and results excellent! I even enjoy going to the dentists now! Simply the best, better than all the rest!

What an exceptional dental team! The staff members are highly professional and create a warm and inviting atmosphere for patients, providing outstanding treatments. The dental hygienist is absolutely brilliant. The results left me completely amazed. I will surely be returning for future visits. Finally, I have found a dentist whom I genuinely appreciate.

Very good service and lovely caring dentist. As a very nervous patient, this made things so much easier for me.
