At age 50 with a desperate need for urgent dental care, I decided that whilst visiting Istanbul I would visit a few dentists for a free consultation to discuss my needs. Due to years of grinding my teeth in my sleep, the enamel had worn and my teeth were decaying. I had seen a dentist in the UK and been given a treatment plan costing nearly £25,000. I had researched a few dentists in Istanbul online whilst at home in the UK and narrowed my options to my top three. Out of the three that I visited, I chose Clinic Prime. The staff at the clinic are very professional and extremely experienced. The team have been amazing with my care from start to finish. After my free consultation, Onur was my point of contact. He organised my treatment plan and was constantly available to answer any queries or questions that I had. I started my treatment straight away with a root canal and a crown and an implant. I felt totally at ease during my procedures. I have recently returned from my second trip to Clinic Prime to continue my treatment. I now have had a crown placed on my implant and eight veneers on my top teeth. Wow !!!! My teeth now look and feel amazing and I am constantly smiling and can’t stop looking at them !!! Again the procedure was straightforward and virtually pain free. My dentist Dt. Engin Gül was wonderful. So talented and experienced. I feel extremely lucky to have found such an amazing dentist. I shall be returning in November to have my final eight veneers put on my bottom teeth and then my treatment plan will be complete. (I have chosen to split up my treatment plan into three visits). On the plus side Istanbul is a beautiful city. We have had some spare time to sightsee, take a boat trip and eat some delicious food. I always believed that beautiful teeth were prohibitively expensive and honestly didn't dare dream about having them. Looking back, I wish I had access to this information 10 years ago - I would have taken action much sooner. The text will be long because many people want to hear all the details 🙂 so I'll start with the facts to not torture those who don't like many letters 🙂 FACTS: My husband Vitalis and I travelled to Turkey to fix our teeth. WHAT WAS DONE? Indre: · removed two unfixable/broken teeth (more precisely, their remains) · inserted 4 implants · fixed 10 root canals · put on 25 zirconium crowns (the plan was 24, but at the last moment I wanted one more) Vitalis: · removed 8 teeth · sinus filling/sinus lifting · inserted 10 implants · After the first visit, Vitalis got temporary dentures to "go out in public" since he was toothless. · During the second visit, he received porcelain dentures, which are recommended for patients without natural teeth. These consist of a steel framework with porcelain teeth mounted on top. PRICE: INDRE COST 5250 DOLLARS VITALIS - 8000 DOLLARS. I’ve used the Yeditepe University Dental Hospital for a number of treatments over the past 3 years, from a simple filling to more complex treatments like a root canal and an implant. I can confidently say that these have been the best dental treatments I have ever received. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. It’s also great that they have all the facilities in the same building for pretty much anything you might need. The admin staff is also very helpful and understanding. Dr. Abdulnasser was able to extract them without surgery or pain. I had 26 Zirconium crowns and 12 canaled root treatments done professionally in one week. The crowns they put are guaranteed for life if properly taken care of. I stayed in Istanbul for 8 days. Every day, Mr. Nour would call me and text me to provide me with an appointment for the next day. On the day of travel, a driver was waiting for me outside the hotel to pick me up to the airport. Even after treatment is complete, Mr. NOUR is still responding quickly to all my calls and text messages. He would send my concerns to my dentist and answer them. Because of my health and age conditions, my teeth became unusable. I had some missing teeth and many cavities. I decided to choose this Clinic because I was adviced by someone valuable for me. At the end of various operations: A stable structure has been formed on my lower jaw, with three Of my own and four artificial teeth. Removable total prothesis has been made for my upper jaw, since I couldn't have implants because of osteoclasis. I have been using my new teeth for almost a month.
