Extremely professional. Safety is of the utmost importance with Aaron, and making sure that you understand everything. Not as painful as I'd imagined. The equipment used is of a very high spec, I felt it in very safe hands. His wife is extremely friendly and patient during the booking process.
I had a mole removed from my back. The procedure was explained to me beforehand and they also gave me a post treatment information sheet. They also informed me that if there was any post procedure problems I could return to the clinic which is reassuring. The reason I chose this clinic was because I live only a couple of minutes away and I wanted to stay local. The cost of the treatment was very competitively priced and I would certainly use the clinic again if so required.

I had a significant number of skin tags which were itching and had become a nuisance. Caroline at The Retreat removed them for me with modern electrolysis equipment over two sessions at a very reasonable cost. The skin tags have gone and my life is so much better. I had sent off several email enquiries to several clinics and I am so pleased that Caroline from The Retreat was the only one who had to courtesy to respond with rather offer of treatment. I am so glad I made an appointment - so grateful for their care and attention. The Clinic was immaculately clean, I was made welcome by the lady on reception and after completion of some paperwork shown to the treatment room, which again was immaculately clean.
Very surprised how at ease the dentist & nurse made me feel. We both had to leave our usual dentist as it had shut down. After being with a dentist for many years it’s a bit worrying finding a new one. Both my husband & I were very pleased with our choice. We especially like the dentist for explaining going forward he will do a dental plan & explain our procedures. My husband has trouble with lower dentures he can’t wear them. With the Blue Raven Dentist he has given my husband an idea how he can make them fit in future. Treatment is yet to start it will be after Christmas. Blue Raven is a very clean well organised Dental Practice.
