It was nice to meet Karen, who was friendly but very professional. I was a bit nervous regarding the treatment before I got there, but she put me totally at ease and explained everything beforehand. There was no pressure. I did go ahead and have the treatment, and I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend Karen to anyone thinking of having any of her treatments.

Lovely place lovely lady at the desk Karen she was such a nice lady. Had my hydrafacial done by Laura she was a lovely polite lady talked me true everything step by step wood highly recommended lovely shop as well very clean and posh. Had a hydrafacial and lip perk. Really happy with my results.
I started off doing laser hair removal with Pamela, she was very kind, explained everything she was going to do and what to expect and was also honest about expectations. She continuously made sure I was ok throughout the process because it's not the most comfortable treatment.
