About 1 month ago when I reached Dr.Cem's clinic, I knew I needed surgery, but I was very scared. Zeynep, the coordinator of the clinic, explained every detail to me. When I decided to have the surgery and arrived at the airport, I realized that I had made the right decision by choosing them. From the initial consultation to arriving at the clinic, the communication and information were brilliant from the whole team. I traveled on my own from the UK and never once felt unsafe. The aftercare was 5 stars. Every medicine was explained as what to drink/eat for the next few weeks. It is more expensive than other clinics after doing some research but the extra money is totally worth it for a procedure done correctly with the best aftercare and team.
I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

From start to finish clinics united have been amazing! Any question I had before my arrival was answered through WhatsApp which was extremely easy to communicate through. I chose clinics united because every review was so good and they really lived up to that. When I arrived in Antalya we had a transfer to hotel and we got to enjoy the beautiful city for a day before surgery, which I personally think helped with my whole experience! We got picked up from hotel to hospital which is when I then became nervous but Ayse really calmed me down and made sure I was okay, she’s been amazing this whole time. With taking me to every test and always checking in. Which was also another great thing about this company. The amount of checks they done pre OP was amazing. It made me feel so much better about the surgery to know they were making sure I was healthy enough to have it, it really put my mind at ease. After surgery the hospital staff were amazing. Cannot fault them at all. Got so looked after! I’m so glad I used this company. I can’t thank Ayse and Claudia enough, they’ve been great! Home now to recover.
My new life has started. From start to finish. I have nothing but positive words. Irem has been fantastic. From meeting us at the hospital to waving us goodbye at the hotel. All thanks to Martin's clinic. They have been supportive from start to even now, in contact now keeping an eye on me. The hospital I stayed in was more like a hotel it was beautiful and clean. I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

I have just had my 2nd surgery at Kolan International Hospital Istanbul. The coordinator Fatih Ozturk is amazing at what he does. He went above and beyond his duty to make sure my experience went as smoothly as possible. My 1st surgery was MGB.and changed my life for the better. I have just had a gallbladder and bilestone removal also performed by professor Bora Koc. I would of had to wait for endless months in pain in the UK. Again the treatment was of an exceptional standard all orchestrated by Fatih Ozturk. All transfers are in luxury vehicles with A.C. Mood lighting, TV, and fridges stocked up with your cold drinks and confectionery. Thank you team for the 5 star treatment yet again.
What a wonderful team. From the time I stepped in the hospital I was greeted by Nesrin who has a lovely friendly smile. I arrive on the 7th Oct. She explained everything in detail in a calm way on what examinations I will be having for the go ahead of my surgery. This took a couple of hours but to be fair it went quick. This is when I met the surgeon again- very welcoming and friendly made me feel at ease. He explained everything even showed me the instrument that they will be using and showed me the make and where they purchase these from (not China) I asked my all my questions which was answered so had no worries. My room wasn't quite ready so was allowed to go out exploring the surroundings which was great as there was a market on 8th Oct went down for my surgery at 8 o'clock. Next minute was waking up in my room feeling very cold. In and out of sleep for the rest of the day. From then on I was being monitored by the nurses, given pain killers drips etc. Was well looked after. Also met Burcu what a lovely person. Who went out of her way to drive us to the nice restaurants (before surgery) really is amazing person. Day before I left I had a meeting with the nutritionist who explained thoroughly what I will be eating drinking exercises and time frames. I was given all my drugs and got myself a month's worth of protein shakes. Finally picked up at 9 o'clock on the 11th Oct in the evening by there driver to the airport. All I can say is thank you all for being there for me throughout my stay and would definitely go back to the NewMe health clinic.
