Rachel has been a fantastic therapist for me in the few months I've been seeing her. As someone who was disillusioned with therapy and stopped using it for about 5 years, I found her very reliable, honest and willing to listen on a range of topics from grief to addiction to sexuality. Her understanding approach has led me to be able to talk about topics I hadn't ever before which was essential to allowing for an all-encompassing discussion of issues I hadn't always felt was available to me. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Cannot recommend enough. It has been well over a year since I went. I struggled so much with my anxiety for such a long time and spent hundreds on therapy. Hypnotherapy worked instantly and the difference is significant. If I ever have triggers or setbacks I have the sessions recorded and again they work instantly. Crazy that it has been such a long time since and I am still feeling the great effects of it. I have recommended Cormac to all my friends. It is crazy the impact it has made on my life. Diamante my therapist was very pleasant, but at the same time asked me difficult questions. She probed deep into my past, and got me to express feelings that I hadn’t done with anyone before. Overall every session with her was good for me The only drawback for me is that I live over 100 miles from the clinic and I can only get an appointment on Saturday. A midweek appointment would be much easier for me.

I was struggling with misophonia and was having trouble processing certain sounds and it got to a point where I couldn’t eat dinner with my family and was struggling to leave my room. I had read online that cognitive behavioural therapy had helped others with misophonia so I decided to give it a go. I booked an appointment with Renata and saw her the next day. Renata was extremely welcoming and very kind. Renata recommended some techniques for me to try to help distract me from the sounds that were bothering me and I found relief nearly instantly. Renata also helped me with any negative thoughts I was having and was very accepting and made me feel very comfortable.
