Diamante my therapist was very pleasant, but at the same time asked me difficult questions. She probed deep into my past, and got me to express feelings that I hadn’t done with anyone before. Overall every session with her was good for me The only drawback for me is that I live over 100 miles from the clinic and I can only get an appointment on Saturday. A midweek appointment would be much easier for me.

I was struggling with misophonia and was having trouble processing certain sounds and it got to a point where I couldn’t eat dinner with my family and was struggling to leave my room. I had read online that cognitive behavioural therapy had helped others with misophonia so I decided to give it a go. I booked an appointment with Renata and saw her the next day. Renata was extremely welcoming and very kind. Renata recommended some techniques for me to try to help distract me from the sounds that were bothering me and I found relief nearly instantly. Renata also helped me with any negative thoughts I was having and was very accepting and made me feel very comfortable.

I had a really great conversation. Marcello is a great Specialist, he asks the right questions and he understands very quick. A can recommend him in any way as a Psychologist. The Therapy will go on. Thank you.

Bernie helped me get out of that place and helped me see that it was stuff that had happened in my past which was affecting me over my life. She is kind, genuine and thought-provoking. I now feel more positive and hopeful about my life.

I have had a series of reiki sessions at Aria, to help me manage ME symptoms. Emer had been recommended to me by a friend. I have found her very kind, professional, competent and knowledgeable. The clinic is in a great location, spacious and bright.
