Chloe Reynor Counselling & Psychotherapy, located in Dublin, Ireland, provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Through counselling, clients can learn to communicate experiences they may have previously struggled to express, recognise and express their emotions, set healthy boundaries, and practice assertiveness. Additionally, clients can learn to be vulnerable in a safe environment, embrace their humanity, and develop a deeper sense of self-trust.
Counselling can help you find the words for experiences you were previously unable to speak about. You can learn to recognize and express your feelings. Counselling can also teach you how to set healthy boundaries, how to be assertive and how to stand up for yourself. You can also learn how to allow yourself to be vulnerable, in a way that is safe for you. You might discover that it is ok to be human and to make mistakes. Counselling can help you tune into your gut and to learn how to trust yourself.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Social Science, a Higher Diploma in Psychology and a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
As an integrative therapist, I try to use a counselling approach that will best suit your personality and circumstances. Together, we can decide which therapeutic approach might be the most helpful to you at the time you decide to come for therapy. I will let you know from the outset if I can provide the type of therapy you are looking for.
