Cannot recommend enough. It has been well over a year since I went. I struggled so much with my anxiety for such a long time and spent hundreds on therapy. Hypnotherapy worked instantly and the difference is significant. If I ever have triggers or setbacks I have the sessions recorded and again they work instantly. Crazy that it has been such a long time since and I am still feeling the great effects of it. I have recommended Cormac to all my friends. It is crazy the impact it has made on my life. Caroline made the journey very efficient and accessible. Firstly, very kind over the phone didn't have a long waiting list like other clinics. The clinic is also in a quieter area in the city centre which makes it easy to get to. The assessment was very thorough and it felt great to talk to someone that gets it. Would recommend. ❤️

Renata is exceptionally talented in the field of Applied Psychology — genuinely the best I have come across. She is a wonderful listener, warm, empathetic and has a great sense of humour, but what stands out most is her knowledge and understanding of how the mind and our emotions work. She doesn’t just listen; she gives you practical tools and teaches you how to challenge your thoughts, fears and core beliefs. I came to Renata struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem and a sense of loss in my life. I can safely say that my time with her has been life-changing. Renata introduced me to CBT, Schema therapy and EDMR. I now have the tools to recognise and challenge my thoughts and fears rather than allowing them to control me.
