Diamante my therapist was very pleasant, but at the same time asked me difficult questions. She probed deep into my past, and got me to express feelings that I hadn’t done with anyone before. Overall every session with her was good for me The only drawback for me is that I live over 100 miles from the clinic and I can only get an appointment on Saturday. A midweek appointment would be much easier for me.

I felt instantly at ease with Renata. I was very nervous before going in. She's very knowledgeable and she seems very humane which was something I worried about. Would highly recommend her services and would advise anyone to not put it off as I had for years. I'm working on some depression and anger management. One session in I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Rachel went out of her way to make sure she knew the most up to date information, treatments, techniques and plans that suited me as an individual. She genuinely cares about her clients and her sessions feel safe, secure and relaxed. When I began sessions with her I was a mess and suffered bad with Anxiety and was doing things I wasn’t proud of, I was scared and embarrassed, but after the first session, I was completely at ease and knew I could trust her as a therapist. I can honestly say that the sessions I had with Rachel completely changed me for the better, thanks to her sessions and encouragement. After each session, I felt lighter and now I never feel guilty for taking care of me. My life is better and brighter" - and if ever I feel low again I will be straight back to Rachel. Anne is a genuine, down to earth therapist who really cares about her clients. Honest and reliable. Highly recommend.
