Working in Dublin 2, Brenda is a fully qualified Accredited (MIACP)  Integrative Psychotherapist with an additional qualification in CBT, Couples Counselling, and Addiction Studies. She has a particular interest in Anxiety and Relationship Issues and has worked with clients with a variety of issues including OCD, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Self-harm and Suicidality, Bipolar Disorder and BPD. Brenda also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Supervision awarded by Trinity College Dublin. She offers Group supervision online and individual supervision in person or online. She is an  IACP registered supervisor. Services offered include Integrative Psychotherapy, CBT, Couples Counselling and Group Sessions for Anxiety-related disorders. Online sessions available for regular integrative therapy and CBT sessions. Working with adults individually and with couples and offer therapy in a private, non-judgemental environment which can be appropriate to many of the challenges and issues encountered in life.  The initial intake appointment will be a chance for the client to ensure that they understand what to expect from therapy and to meet Brenda. Hybrid sessions where the use of integrative therapy and skills developed usually in CBT or REBT are also used for clients looking to deal with anxiety, behavioural and addictive issues.
