About CBT Counselling Service

I provide a strictly confidential non judgmental environment and work from an integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) perspective..  I work with Individuals who are over 18 years of age.

People decide to have counselling for all sorts of reasons. perhaps there are problems in your life right now or maybe you have experienced something in the past that continues to cause you distress. Sometimes the issues are not so clear and perhaps you feel something is wrong without being able to identify the exact reason.

I work with issues such as:

    • Bereavement/Loss

    • Mental Health Issues

    • Addiction issues

    • Panic Attacks

    • Depression

    • Anxiety

    • Stress

I trained at PCI College Dublin and hold a honors degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, along with a certificate in community addiction studies. 

I am co-founder of Dual Diagnosis Ireland 

a not for profit charity aimed 

at raising the awareness of the lack of services for people with mental health and addiction issues

Counselors work in different ways and can have training in different areas and theories so it is important to find the right counselor to suit you. Before choosing a counselor It can be helpful to have an initial phone conversation with a few counselors to get a sense of how they work, and discuss any concerns you may have. I am happy to talk to you on the phone, without any commitment on your part.
