Amazing, I woke up the following morning feeling empowered

5 50 Psychotherapist Consultation • Paid: €70

I struggle (extremely bad lately) with anxiety, when it gets out of hand I can't control my feelings and I get very depressed. Which is not in my nature at all! I thought this was my main and only problem that I was having. I was suffering at work, at home, being a single mother and I lost all confidence.

I finally came to see Ann after been advised to do so. I have only had one appointment so far but I cannot wait to go back for another chat. Speaking to Ann was so easy I said so many things I knew I was feeling but I've never said it out loud. Once she asked the right questions that made me ramble on about these feelings, it's was unreal! Speaking to Ann made me realize how important it is to talk about your problems and how it has made me feel much calmer to face my issues.

Amazing, I woke up the following morning feeling empowered! Can't wait for my next session.
