I have struggled with a stiff neck when I cycle after about 20 miles. I was recommended to visit Rinske. I had a comprehensive interview and analysis of my general health and condition on my first visit, which I was impressed with. The physical treatment was really effective, and I was given a range of exercises which also helped a lot. Rinske was very professional in every aspect of the treatment I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Rinske.

I was very impressed with the makeover of the building of Total Health. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The first visit was free whilst Neil assessed my needs as he explained what the main issue was and we agreed on a treatment plan. I was given exercises to do which was explained and was given a printed instructions and pictures to follow. I had 3 visits to Neil who was friendly and professorial at all times. I was also advised of items to purchase to help with my issues. I would recommend Neil to anyone.

I highly recommend Jason Papworth. He is polite, professional, and, most important of all, empathic. He never blamed me for my condition and took my pain seriously. He explained what is the issue with my spine and his treatment plan. He gave me tips and information. After finishing the sessions, my pain subsided, and I could walk long distances without pain again.

Since moving to the area I have been a patient of Kristina's whenever I needed treatment but today has been my most astounding day yet. I damaged my back and woke up this morning with serious difficulty, checked her website and found that she had a cancellation. Although as I left the pain was still such that Kristina still had to put one of my shoes back on for me (and I must say that her abilities as a shoe horn are second to none!!) she told me that things should gradually improve. By lunchtime I was pain-free and that has remained. A stunning result. Thank You

This clinic was recommended to me. My first consultation was in-depth, the physiotherapist was warm and friendly and put me at ease. Since my first consultation, I have been several times for acupuncture and manipulation and each time it has given me excellent relief. I have several spinal issues, including a fused vertebra, disc bulges and a trapped sciatic nerve. The cost each time is £52, which I feel is great value for money. The treatment always lasts the full 30 minutes.
