The physiotherapist is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with herJennifer, UK, 14 10 22

Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. Since doing the specific exercises and practicing holding my core and controlling my breathing, I already feel better about myself. Thank you, Lucy.

Always a positive attitude, extremely knowledgeable a very pleasant atmosphereDashee, London, 07 11 23

The Best Osteopath in London! I have been coming to Dr Christoph for over 7 years now and I feel like a new person each time I leave his clinic. As a retired endurance athlete I've often suffered from injuries in various places, including dislocated SI joint, hip problems and a dislocated ribs in a thoracic spine. Now 8 months post-partum, Dr Christoph was able to help my back pains after having a baby. Dr Christoph has been able to treat every one of my injuries, each time. He also offers acupuncture and his hands are truly magical. Always a positive attitude, extremely knowledgeable a very pleasant atmosphere. You will also be offered a list of exercises you can do to help your problems and maintain your mobility. This is a best place you can go to! Very highly recommend!

I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighterBrigita, UK, 30 01 21

I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!
