Turned on my ankle and suffered pain for a few months before arranging to see Chris at Back2Front Physiotherapy. Best decision I made! Chris gave me a range of exercises to carry out inbetween sessions and they did the trick. Fantastic facilities, expert advice and it was refreshing to speak to someone who knew exactly what they were talking about. Highly recommended. My pain disappeared after four sessions with Chris. Prices are also very reasonable.

The treatment was excellent. My muscles were loosened up immensely with a mix of hands on treatment and acupuncture. Very thorough. The movement was a lot better leaving the clinic. A little tender at the time but much much better the next day. (Shoulder being the main problem). Sarah knows what she's doing. I found it's well worth the cost. Would recommend to anyone. The clinic is easy to get to / find. The room was comfortable. Not too clinical. There are a few steps to manage but not too bad.

After years of trying all sorts of treatment to relieve me from head, neck and shoulder pain I went to see Alison expecting to be sent away with an exercise plan. Nothing could be further from the truth. She immediately diagnosed the site and cause of my problem and within two or three sessions I feel like a new person. So amazing to be pain-free. I cannot thank Alison enough. Excellent! Lovely decor and a fabulous atmosphere.

Physio treatment after a spine fusion operation operation to help improve my posture, introducing me to build my core muscles using exercises, some acupuncture to relieve tension in muscles, great support! Anu has carried out Physio treatments for me at home. Highly recommend , she is very professional, genuinely caring and I am so glad that I contacted her to help me with my recovery after my operation.

I am not really ready yet to give a review of my treatment yet as it is early days. However suffice to say that a couple of days before Andrew, who is one of the chiropractors talked me through my requirements and arranged for me to see Stacey who does acupuncture as well. When I met her she took a detailed history of several areas of pain and was spot on in her assessment. She treated me on the pain sites on that first appointment which pleasantly surprised me. I left feeling reassured and with an exercise to do at home. My next appointment is on Thursday and I am really relaxed and looking forward to it. The choice was because it is not too far from my home and talking to Andrew about Stacey was reassuring. The Clinic was spotless and cleaning was ongoing. Good value!
