I cannot recommend Kristina enough. She has done wonders for me, from Physio to actually teaching me to stand, sit, and walk. I honestly owe her quite a bit. Her advice has helped me to manage chronic low back pain and come out on the other side and her treatment has helped me immensely. When the NHS physio sent me home saying I had 80% of shoulder movement and this was fine, in one session Kristina restored movement to almost normal. I have referred several people to her and they have all said the same, magic hands, great personality and professionalism.

I made an appointment to discuss an issue with my arm and I found Sandra to be very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I was given massage treatment to free up the muscles along with acupuncture and given an exercise band and shown how to do exercises at home. I came away feeling much better about myself and much more informed about my condition. I cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent value.

Loved meeting Rinske – such a bright and cheerful lady! She took a detailed history and made the whole experience feel very personal and positive. I hope our paths cross again… but not too soon, I hope! 😁
