Motherwell and Rutherglen clinics have adequate parking and disabled access. On street parking at our Coatbridge clinic. We believe that understanding your condition is the first step to recovery. After suffering from a trapped nerve in my neck which was causing great pain and badly affecting my mobility, I was able to get an appointment at short notice with BA Physiotherapy. Leanne there was amazing. She listened and understood, reassured and explained what had happened, treated the affected area in my neck and shoulder and advised me on exercises to do. I felt so much better afterwards and am on the road to recovery. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Andrea and the team. Very professional all round and are all very experienced physiotherapists with years of experience. I also thought that the charge for my consultation was really reasonable. Highly recommend!

All I can say is WOW. I have been to so many physios, chiros, osteopaths, sports therapists, masseurs, and even a few GP's for my various injuries and none of them have taken the time to examine me and test me as he did. He explained everything really well and came up with things none of the others did to help me. Don't waste your money seeing others he will help you more than most will.

Pilates Clinic Retford is run by a Chartered Physiotherapist in the centre of Retford; ideal for local residents and those in surrounding villages. Classes are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings, and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. There is a maximum number of 11 clients to any 1 class, allowing for ongoing supervision. Progression to the next level only occurs when you are ready. If demand is sufficient, additional classes can be arranged; pregnancy specific, post-natal specific or stroke-rehabilitation specific are just a few examples. Treatment sessions for 2, 3 or 4 friends can also be arranged if desired. Classes are normally run as a course in blocks of 6 weeks; contact us now to find out when the next course starts and what spaces are available. 1:1 assessments and treatment sessions are continually available.

I had been training in the gym and was feeling a bit tight in a few places. Met with Sophie who examined me and diagnosed what needed to be done. The sports massage was very effective as 4 days later I am still feeling the benefit. Sophie also identified a couple of other issues for me to be aware of and to start doing some specific exercises to improve the problem areas. Very good. The clinic is in a house, but from the receptionist to the Physio everyone was polite, friendly and very helpful.
