Pilates Clinic Retford is  run by a Chartered Physiotherapist in the centre of Retford; ideal for local residents and those in surrounding villages. Classes are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings, and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. There is a maximum number of 11 clients to any 1 class, allowing for ongoing supervision. Progression to the next level only occurs when you are ready. If demand is sufficient, additional classes can be arranged; pregnancy specific, post-natal specific or stroke-rehabilitation specific are just a few examples. Treatment sessions for 2, 3 or 4 friends can also be arranged if desired. Holly is a member of the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) and registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council). Holly studied physiotherapy at Nottingham University achieving a 1 class honours degree. She has a background in sports massage and has a special interest in running injuries.
