I’ve been saying Dr Paul for 3 months now. I had been ill & had a lot of back pain. I had attended a Physio, Osteopath, who were very good, but didn’t really know what was wrong. I came to Health for Life & the Dr thought I may have fractures and osteoporosis. I was sent for an X ray, which confirmed this. I have been receiving very gentle treatment and advice on how to build myself up. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Had a knee injury in October. A friend recommended Vicki Harvey. She has taken the time to understand my problem and listen. My treatment was beneficial and the advice given was appropriate in helping me get moving better although I may need surgery at a later date. Thank you

All I can say is WOW. I have been to so many physios, chiros, osteopaths, sports therapists, masseurs, and even a few GP's for my various injuries and none of them have taken the time to examine me and test me as he did. He explained everything really well and came up with things none of the others did to help me. Don't waste your money seeing others he will help you more than most will.

Pilates Clinic Retford is  run by a Chartered Physiotherapist in the centre of Retford; ideal for local residents and those in surrounding villages. Classes are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings, and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. There is a maximum number of 11 clients to any 1 class, allowing for ongoing supervision. Progression to the next level only occurs when you are ready. If demand is sufficient, additional classes can be arranged; pregnancy specific, post-natal specific or stroke-rehabilitation specific are just a few examples. Treatment sessions for 2, 3 or 4 friends can also be arranged if desired. Physio sessions have helped me enormously. Between Sakshi and Zena, we have finally got to the bottom of what's causing pain in my shins after many years of putting up with it. Between them they've reduced the pain, given me rehab exercises, and explained the biomechanical issue with diagrams and videos of how I move. Rachel is now helping me with rehab exercises. All in all, I am very grateful to have access to such a knowledgeable team.
