I have struggled with a stiff neck when I cycle after about 20 miles. I was recommended to visit Rinske. I had a comprehensive interview and analysis of my general health and condition on my first visit, which I was impressed with. The physical treatment was really effective, and I was given a range of exercises which also helped a lot. Rinske was very professional in every aspect of the treatment I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Rinske.

I found Nick Birch understood my problem from the start of the appointment, having had a conversation with me beforehand. He took note of the way I was moving and explained the causes, did a thorough bone density scan and gave me a run-down on the meanings of the various measurements on the diagrams. He told me that the way forward would be to have exercises and stretches and as I had been to Sarah on previous occasions to have further physio appointments with her. Later the same day he followed up with a letter to me confirming his analysis and recommended treatment and letting me know the letter would also go to other parties involved, including my GP. I was very heartened by my visit which has given me renewed determination to do my part in improving my condition.

I highly recommend Jason Papworth. He is polite, professional, and, most important of all, empathic. He never blamed me for my condition and took my pain seriously. He explained what is the issue with my spine and his treatment plan. He gave me tips and information. After finishing the sessions, my pain subsided, and I could walk long distances without pain again.

Acting on a friend’s recommendation I consulted Physio First just over six weeks ago after suffering from long-standing back pains. I am pleased to say that the treatment received from a Felipo was successful and a great relief to me. Thank you.

I made an appointment to discuss an issue with my arm and I found Sandra to be very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I was given massage treatment to free up the muscles along with acupuncture and given an exercise band and shown how to do exercises at home. I came away feeling much better about myself and much more informed about my condition. I cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent value.
