After a series of misfortunate events, I decided to seek the best orthopaedic surgeon in the region, and one name kept coming up: DR. KILINÇ. The results of my revision surgery went above and beyond all expectations, thanks to Dr. Kılınç’s experience, skills and expertise. He is a great doctor in every way. I always felt cared for and secure during my appointments. He takes time to listen to his patients thoroughly, examines everything in detail, spends time to talk through anything his patients ask. I have ongoing physio treatments with his team at CARIA Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation Clinic. Ms. Eymir and Mr. Kubilay has also proven to be amazing! Not only are they professional, but also very pleasant, informative and considerate. I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive from Dr. Kılınç and his colleagues, and have no hesitation in recommending CARIA Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation Clinic to others. They are the best!

I received a very prompt and helpful response to my initial enquiry. I gained the impression Humed International were professional and confident of their product. They answered my questions clearly and gave an indication of price which seemed reasonable and much cheaper than private treatment in UK. My enquiry did not progess - only because against the odds NHS came up with a date for treatment I chose to accept. Without the surprising intervention of NHS, I might well have continued this enquiry. Issues I would have insisted clarity upon were : Post operative care, physio capabilities, accomodation, transport and immediate medical care such as stitch removal and fever control. I will never know if Humed were a proper alternative to care, NHS or Private, here in UK but my first impressions were good.

To date my experience with Orthopaedic Gelenk-Klinik has been very good. I am living in Serbia where I have been unable to get trustworthy treatment options for my hallux valgus. I then reached out to the Gelenk-Klinik asking if it could provide me with a medical opinion online. Very quickly, I got a positive response from Eri Sugiyama with whom I exchanged a few emails, never waiting for more than an overnight for a response. She asked for x-rays which I forwarded along with other information. The next working day, Eri Sugiyama shared with me Dr. Schneider's opinion. I am extremely grateful for the time Gelenk-Klinik has taken to consider my case and provide me a medical opinion -which it did free of charge, this meant a lot to me as I do not have medical coverage other than for the Serbian public healthcare system -but more significantly this is not only a graceful gesture, it also gives the impression that the staff may actually care about helping a person in need, rather than take every opportunity to grasp money from a patient. It has been an uplifting experience. I hope to communicate further with the Gelenk-Klinik. I remain grateful for the assistance I have been recently provided.
