I have been attending consistently for almost a year now, and have found her to be a huge part of my recovery journey. I was feeling unwell both physically and mentally. Bogusia has worked with me initially week by week, then bi-weekly, and gradually reducing the frequency. Bogusia has also suggested positive lifestyle changes, dietary supplements and healthy habits and routines as she goes above and beyond and takes a holistic approach to ones well being where the treatments and lifestyle changes complement each other. I have had Foot Reflexology, Sorensons Facial Reflexology and Hot Stone Reflexology, Pregnancy Reflexology, as well as Access Bars and Back Massage. I would highly recommend Bogusia for any treatment. She is a lovely, welcoming and calm person; with great health suggestions and advice.
Deep tissue massage 1 hour €80 I've never had a massage before and wasn't sure what to expect. I've had problems with my shoulder for years and my GP recommended therapeutic massage. Liz was absolutely brilliant, she put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by step. Would highly recommend, in fact, I've booked another appointment.
