Dr Ioannis Douliotis has been fantastic. I had ovarian rejuvenation with him following failed egg collections in the UK. He arranged a phone consultation the day after I sent my enquiry and I was flying out to Greece 2 weeks later for the procedure. Communication has been excellent and the whole process was so smooth and efficient. I have more confidence in Dr Douliotis being able to retrieve eggs than I do in a UK clinic, so will be coming back for further treatment.

I chose to do my egg freezing at Serum IVF in Athens after meeting Doctor Yannis and Embryologist Sofia who put me at ease. They genuinely care about their patients and I had very positive experience throughout. Everything was discussed clearly and at no point was I rushed. Dr Yannis and Embryologist Sofia are the nicest doctors I have met, they cares of each step of the treatment, goes through details and made feel well taken care of. The nursing team, especially midwife Chara, were truly wonderful and always available for any questions or concerns, no matter the time of day! Thank you everyone in Serum IVF, you all made my IVF treatment easy and memorable.

I am 47 years and had always dreamed of having another baby. Right from the beginning the clinic was very helpful and provided me with detailed information on the IVF process. I was assigned a personal IVF coordinator (Anna Karamitrou) who was very helpful and was always there for me if I had any questions or doubts. Also at the clinic, there was professional support and it was clearly explained what the next steps would be, this was very comforting and reassuring. I was pregnant at the first attempt and am now the proud mother of a beautiful and healthy son. I would like to thank the entire staff and Anna in particular for her endless help and devotion. Dr Kanakas and his team were amazing. They are so caring, friendly and professional. I have been to a very well-known clinic in London and they can not compare to the care you will get with Dr Kanakas. They are so positive and accommodating and explain all your options so well and are very thorough in checking that everything is timed perfectly. We underwent IVF at the gynem facility, everything went perfect from Skype meeting with MD to pick up at the airport. Communication with the facilitator was excellent and couldn't ask for a better experience. The MD recommended we not implant embryo as uterine lining was thicker than optimal. My wife insisted we try and we're blessed with a beautiful daughter 7-16-18! 10 out of 10 couldn't have gone better.

My wife and I had a wonderful time working with Cyprus IVF Hospital. We had tried multiple IUI procedures in the US (where we are from,) and had no success. When we started to discuss options for IVF, we were not sure we would be able to afford it. In our state, it would have cost us a minimum of $20,000 USD for the procedure. This did not include medication costs or extra hospital fees. After looking into other solutions, we found Cyprus IVF Hospital through a Google Search about IVF treatment abroad. We decided to take a chance on their services - neither of us had ever had any kind of medical treatment outside of the US! But we are both so happy that we put our trust into this fantastic clinic - every member of the staff was kind, and professional, and paid attention to extra details about us. They were supportive of our choice to have a child as a same-sex couple, and they were thrilled when we announced our pregnancy (1/15/23.) It only took one round of IVF! ---------- Our stay in Cyprus was so lovely because of their help. We stayed in a nice hotel that they arranged for us to stay in. They were able to answer many questions we had, including questions about touring the surrounding area. It helped us get acquainted and comfortable with our time there, and also branch out and explore areas we might have otherwise avoided if they hadn't recommended it. I HIGHLY recommend renting a car for your stay. We didn't at first, and we regretted it, because we didn't get to see as many amazing places. Renting cars in Cyprus is cheap, and easy to pick up (even though you drive on the opposite side of the road from how it is in the US!) --------- Cyprus IVF Hospital was also honest with us about what needed to be done in order for our treatment to be as successful as possible. Because my wife has PCOS, we had to split our time at the hospital in two. We had to stay for one month to monitor and extract my wife's eggs, and then we had to return later to implant an embryo. We were reluctant to take two trips, we wanted to save money on airfare. But our doctor promised us this would be more successful, and if we tried to do the implant too early, we would most likely not be successful (which would have been more expensive in the long run.) Trusting their suggestion paid off! ---------- Famagusta is a very fascinating city with ages of history to explore. It might seem a little rough around the edges, but my wife and I felt totally safe walking around there on our own. Bugs can get kind of rough at night, so try not to stay out too late! Also, make sure your passport is 100% up to date. Mine wasn't, and we ran into some bureaucratic trouble at the Cyprus/Northern Cyprus border crossing. But if your passport is up-to-date, you will be totally fine! ---------- Thanks so much to Dr. Serap, Nevzat, Yakut, Nehal, Tina, and everyone else at the clinic! You were all so professional and kind to us and made sure we were always in the loop with new information; you also helped us understand every step of the process and made the whole experience easy and smooth. We are so happy that you were able to make our dream of being parents a reality. LGBTQ+ friends... this was a great place to be. Hello to everyone, we are married couple from France aged 44 and 47, are currently undergoing the surrogacy process with Unicorn Baby agency and their clinic in Kyiv, Ukraine. We opted for the all-inclusive program, which includes a surrogate, egg donor, and a guarantee of the birth. At present, our surrogate mother is 26 weeks pregnant. Our experience with Unicorn Baby has been nothing short of exceptional. The process has been smooth, seamless, and professionally managed. From the initial consultations to the ongoing support, we have felt well informed and supported every step of the way. While everything about our surrogacy journey has been perfect, the only challenge we faced was travelling to Kyiv amidst the current situation in Ukraine. Due to flight restrictions, we had to fly to Warsaw and then embark on a 12-hour train journey to Kyiv for our first clinic visit. We have been trying to conceive for several years and went through a different type of treatments and got pregnant but miscarried. We learned about BTC online and decided to give it a try. We are from the US. We never really heard of Ukraine and not sure about how it's going to be. But decided to just go with it. We went there for an initial consultation, we hoped to see Anastasia but know that she's a really busy person. We dealt with Yaryna, Oksana, Konstantin along with several other staff. Both Hotel, taxi svc and all were so wonderful. I don't think we will get that much nice treatment here. We went through with treatment there and got blessed with a Baby Boy now 15months old (we know this is very late.. but we got really busy). We had a standard package and it was very good. Pricing was very transperant.. no hidden costs. One thing we recommend is to purchase all baby clothes/food and other items before going there. We were told that we get everything there and it's only few minutes away but no. We had to walk at least 30-45mins to find shops. Accommodation, food, clinic, staff everyone was extremely good. We were treated with respect. After having Baby we had to stay at least 1 and a half months to get Baby's US passport! They help you step by step by filling out all forms/submission. Hotel staff were wonderful to get all our documents printed and other stuff we needed. We can't wait to go back for our second one. Hope COVID goes away fast.

I highly recommend NGC clinic. We worked with several fertility clinics in Canada for many years without success but were able to achieve results only at NGC clinic in Russia. NGC clinic has top-notch facilities and equipment, and they can perform genetic screening of the embryos which played a key role in our success.
