We are a married couple from Germany — my husband is German, and I am a Russian citizen. After experiencing three pregnancy losses, we knew we needed professional help. Unfortunately, we were not offered any clear solutions in Germany, so we began searching for a clinic in Russia and chose Saint Petersburg.

After reading numerous online reviews and researching several clinics and doctors, I scheduled online consultations with a few selected specialists. NGC Clinic stood out from the very beginning — even at the appointment booking stage. The communication was prompt, clear, and professional.

We selected Dr. Olga Igorevna Zabelkina, and from our first online meeting we felt confident in our choice. The consultation started exactly on time, and Dr. Zabelkina had carefully reviewed all my medical records in advance. I immediately felt heard, understood, and supported. During that very first meeting, we developed a clear and structured treatment plan.

Due to medical factors, surrogacy was the most appropriate path for us. We completed the remaining tests and began preparing for my ovarian stimulation. At this stage, Alexander Marinichev joined the process and helped coordinate every detail. He arranged an apartment for us for the duration of our stay. It was located just a three-minute walk from the clinic and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Alexander provided full documentary support and valuable advice regarding travel logistics and currency exchange. Dr. Zabelkina also remained closely involved and helped us select the optimal treatment dates.

The entire process was organised seamlessly. I began stimulation three days after arriving in Saint Petersburg. My husband joined me shortly before the egg retrieval procedure, which was successful. Two days later we returned home and soon received the PGT-A testing results for our embryos.

The next stage was organizing the surrogacy program. During this time, both Alexander and Dr. Zabelkina remained in close contact and guided us through each important decision. A few months later, one embryo was transferred — and the pregnancy was successful on the first attempt.

Nine months later, we became parents to our beloved son — a moment that made every difficult step worthwhile.

Our journey to parenthood was not easy, but we understand how fortunate we were to find the right clinic, the right specialists, and the right surrogate mother.

After four unsuccesful attempts in a different clinic in St. Petersburg, I changed to Next Generation in 2022. I was taken seriously from the beginning, and the treatment was both straightforward and very warm by both medical staff and the coordinator. I became pregnant at the first embryo transfer, and even though I had a pregnancy loss in week 9, it really gave me hope.
It did turn out that I had a medical problem, so I also lost the next pregnancies. After a number of attempts, they were very honest with me and said that the chances of a live birth were extremely low and they recommended surrogacy instead (which we ended up doing and we now have a beautiful baby boy).

I struggled with infertility for 17 years and went through many attempts to become a mother, including 17 unsuccessful IVF cycles at different clinics in Serbia and the Czech Republic. I never became pregnant, nor did I ever achieve a positive beta result. Eventually, I had given up, as I was already in my forties, which at that time felt too late for me.

Then I discovered the Next Generation Clinic (NGC), and I decided to try with them. My experience was wonderful—and successful on the very first attempt.

From the very first contact with the coordinator, Alex, everything was simple and clear. Alex provided me with all the necessary information even before my first consultation with Dr. Diana, which was scheduled very quickly. To me, it all felt like a dream.

After the consultation, we went to the clinic, and everything went exactly as they had explained—without waiting or confusion. I always received answers to all my questions throughout the entire procedure. The clinic was very responsible; they even organised taxi transportation from the airport to the clinic for every arrival and departure. They also recommended hotels nearby, since I am from Serbia and it was my first time travelling to Russia.

For anything I needed during my stay, I could always ask Alex and receive clear explanations. Dr. Diana was very kind, positive, and supportive. They truly gave me incredible support throughout the whole process.

And finally, the most important thing that happened after everything: for the first time after so many failures, my beta was positive. I will never forget that moment in my life. As I write this, I am 16 weeks pregnant with a healthy and progressing pregnancy.

I had an excellent experience with NGC Clinic. From the initial communication with Dr. Diana and Alex to my arrival at the airport — everything was perfectly organised. Despite arriving at midnight, I was warmly welcomed and taken care of immediately.

After several unsuccessful treatments in Greece and Ukraine (donor sperm, own egg IVF), I came across NGC positive reviews while searching online. I was really desperate as 5 years passed and I was still in the same place. I had my doubts at the beginning (mostly related to the international situation and the military conflict), but I can say now that this was the best that happened to me in the last 10 years. My leading doctor (Dr V) was amazing and very patient answering questions and advising on outcomes (first meeting was via Zoom). The whole team was highly professional, but it was my coordinator who helped most. He helped with all admin/ forms to complete, logistics for travel and was just there for me any time of day for reassurance. Hello everyone. In the text that follows under you’re going to find our sincere ratings and experience that we’ve had with the Next Generation Clinic in St. Petersburg, Russia. Right now, we are getting into the second trimester.

So far, so good. This post is going to be updated after the baby arrival/delivery. We think that our post is significant because we went through a lot of fires to get to where we are right now, and with all that experience maybe can make this text helpful or useful for you who are trying to make the right choice. IVF clinics in Russia are known for their success rates, and our visit to Russia was postponed because of logistics. The same procedures are done in a better way, so to speak. A lot of couples can state/witness the same thing. We found Next Generation Clinic after cross-checking a lot of factors/parameters. So, what can we say about the clinic. We are going to start with people first. They are very important in this line of duty/work. - Patient coordinator Alex Marinichev. He gave us tremendous support and willingness to help or more accurately helped us every time in time. His dedication to work and capability to deliver is amazing. Professional with huge patience, understanding and kindness. He took the meaning of the word professionalism to a whole new level. - Dr. Valentina Denisova. Our doctor. Very kind and friendly and at the same time great professional with extensive experience and profound knowledge. - Maria Baklanova, Dr. Valentina’s assistant. Polite and well-mannered young lady who is there for Dr. Valentina assisting her. Next Generation Clinic has modern facilities with top-of-the-notch equipment.

After we had experiences with fertility clinics in three different countries in Europe (two of them in the EU), we chose Next Generation Clinic (NGC) in St. Petersburg, Russia. Our choice was initially based on the fact that they offer a large database of donors. The donor count vastly outnumbers the count in similar databases we have previously seen, and the waiting time is much shorter. The database contains a great deal of details that can help you find the perfect donor - apart from customary height, weight, eye and hair colour, the database also includes, but is not limited to donor's photographs, samples of writing, and sometimes even the recorded voice of the donor. Donors are often already genetically screened, and the process of getting the biological material is significantly easier than in other places. Some donors have signed a specific type of contract with NGC and are ready to become a non-anonymous (open ID) donor when the child reaches 18 years old if that is something that is of interest to you as a potential parent.
The clinic performs PGT-A testing and gender selection. They have asked us which we prefer - a boy or a girl. This type of service was far above the standard we had seen earlier.

The price was around 9000 EUR in total for 12 eggs (where 2 are PGT-A tested and 3 embryos are guaranteed), all the tests, consultations and medicines. There is a pharmacy on-site, which we also recommend since the price of medicines is notably lower than in the EU.

We were really satisfied with the treatment, and support. The manager of the international department, Alex Marinchev, was of utmost help to us and was reachable even during hours that most people would not be. The response time is very short and communication is easy, professional and to the point. When we tried to find medicine substitution, we had an e-mail exchange with Dr. Valentina Denisova literally every 5 minutes, while at the same time talking to the pharmacist.

The clinic is located less than 10 10-minute walk from Sportivnaya metro station, so it is fairly easy to reach it from every part of St. Petersburg since public transportation is superb and taxis are very affordable. Whenever we travelled to St. Petersburg, the clinic organized our transportation to and from the airport at their expense and helped us with the best money exchange place. Clinic personnel were extremely professional and very efficient in everything they did. As far as we could tell, there were no offers of unnecessary procedures and we didn't have the feeling that we were a cash cow like we had in some other places. The clinic offered great care and a personalized treatment plan that was well-rooted in the care of the patient in the first place. All in all, an exceptional experience.

At the moment it is admittedly a bit of a hassle to reach St. Petersburg from the EU, but that is no deterrent for us. We are planning to go for a second child since we are currently pregnant with a girl and we are hoping for a boy as well.

We chose this clinic for egg donation treatment among others for Internet reviews, and it was the best choice of my life. I had had a previous bad experience with another clinic in St Petersburg that I had chosen because they had very good marketing and had a lot of presence on the Internet.

After months spent in choosing a donor, we had the interview with the woman doctor who lead the clinic and it did not end up well because she considered we did too many questions and had too many doubts and that I was not ready for egg donation. I did normal questions about embryo tests that we thought we needed to do, because of my husband age, or questions about the process. They tried to convince us that PGT is not needed with donors but that is not true as it has been lately published that man age also affects the genes of the new born and thus the embryo. We anyways said ok, no tests, because we wanted so badly a baby, but she just closed the door for us. I begged but she told me NO, she felt bothered with my questions. I was lost because I thought it was the only clinic available. I then started a deeper search and saw Next Generation on a web site. I wrote them and we had an interview with doctor Diana Lobzeva. She answered our one million questions with all the kindness in the world and told us to get her back any time for any doubt. Then I started writing mails with Alex, the International Department Manager, who was extremely patient with me, he helped us with every question in choosing the donor, always so nice and so fast in response. And this was again months, always with lovely attitude. All this without asking for any money. We travelled from Spain first with my husband and then alone. We did an egg donation treatment as I was over 46, and once decision was made, Alex helped us with logistics, making the travel easy and lovely. Once there we were treated really nicely, and the clinic was fantastic. All are extremely new and clean. Really serious professionals. We did some treatments before in Spain, which is very good in fertility field, and I can say this was as good or better than best clinic in Spain. We met doctor Diana, and our nurse Ksenia. They were amazing. All the process was easy. They did analytics and interview. We then went home to Spain and then I came back. This time I spent more time with Dr Diana, and she is an extraordinary doctor and a lovely human being. I had a personal assistant called Denis, all the time solving any doubt. I thank him so much.

This first try was a failure but I had problems myself back at home, an allergic reaction, and also got sick with stomach problems so I will never know what the problem was. But second time I went it was a success ❤️ I have now a beautiful lovely angel. They helped me even in remote during the pregnancy with whichever doubt I had. They have supported us from beginning to end. And we will always be extremely grateful to Dr Diana, Alex and all of them, even the sweet girls in the reception desk.
