I am 47 years and had always dreamed of having another baby. Right from the beginning the clinic was very helpful and provided me with detailed information on the IVF process. I was assigned a personal IVF coordinator (Anna Karamitrou) who was very helpful and was always there for me if I had any questions or doubts. Also at the clinic, there was professional support and it was clearly explained what the next steps would be, this was very comforting and reassuring. I was pregnant at the first attempt and am now the proud mother of a beautiful and healthy son. I would like to thank the entire staff and Anna in particular for her endless help and devotion. I would definitely recommend this professional clinic.

If you are looking for fertility treatment Gynem is the best clinic by far. Amazing, friendly and helpful staff that treat you wonderfully from the first day of consultation to the end of your fertility journey. All the staff are bilingual speaking and make sure you have everything you need from transfers, tests, care packages and also great priced to and not forceful where most fertility clinics think more about money than care and attention to your needs. Finding Dr Selim was one of the best moments in my IVF journey, the level of care and treatment received has been and continues to be outstanding. The 24-hour personal communication is exactly what I needed. Not having to wait anxiously for results or answers made the process so much easier. I believe my round was tailored to my individual needs and Dr Selim nurtured me when I came to him. He was happy to help me and supported my anxiety and own wishes always putting me first and in control of what was happening to me. The clinic was professional, clean and very welcoming. I & my spouse realised motherhood / parenthood is definitely a journey in life and we are really blessed to have Dr. ARCHANA AGARWAL and Mannat Team who all worked for the success of our treatment & delivery as our "FAMILY MEMBERS" throughout the journey. We have tried for IUI, IVF with multi speciality hospitals, multi chain treatment centres and all kind of possibilities for 6+ years & didn't succeed, also those time were tough & hard in terms of emotions and we gave up.
