We have been trying to conceive for several years and went through a different type of treatments and got pregnant but miscarried. We learned about BTC online and decided to give it a try. We are from the US. We never really heard of Ukraine and not sure about how it's going to be. But decided to just go with it. We went there for an initial consultation, we hoped to see Anastasia but know that she's a really busy person. We dealt with Yaryna, Oksana, Konstantin along with several other staff. Both Hotel, taxi svc and all were so wonderful. I don't think we will get that much nice treatment here. We went through with treatment there and got blessed with a Baby Boy now 15months old (we know this is very late.. but we got really busy). We had a standard package and it was very good. Pricing was very transperant.. no hidden costs. One thing we recommend is to purchase all baby clothes/food and other items before going there. We were told that we get everything there and it's only few minutes away but no. We had to walk at least 30-45mins to find shops. Accommodation, food, clinic, staff everyone was extremely good. We were treated with respect. After having Baby we had to stay at least 1 and a half months to get Baby's US passport! They help you step by step by filling out all forms/submission. Hotel staff were wonderful to get all our documents printed and other stuff we needed. We can't wait to go back for our second one. Hope COVID goes away fast.

Choosing the clinic, I did suspect that the reviews were so mixed because emotions are complicated and unpredictable during this process. It's difficult for people to review objectively.

I had an ectopic pregnancy several times. As the result now I had no tubes. I was extremely depressed in those days, but life goes on. I am 40 now. I have already tried IVF 3 times, however, there was no result, due to low egg quality. That's why we decided to try IVF with donors eggs this time. Thank goodness it worked for us! If you consider becoming a mom in 2018, like I did in 2017, try Biotexcom. We chose Biotexcom and Ukraine because of the quality-price ratio.

We have finished our surrogacy journey a few months ago when our Samantha was born. I'd like not mention my health condition, I suppose it has no matter here.
If I were in these shoes again I would go to Ukraine, because it's really great country for reproductive treatment.

Well, the initial went smooth, we were explained all services they have, our manager told us about clinic's rules, we underwent some tests(probably all couples there did the same) after some time of consideration we came up with the idea Biotex is what we need. It gives good conditions for reasonable prices. In addition, we had no need to pay any extra money for medication. accommodation, transportation, and interpreter what made our staying there more comfortable

I undergo 8 IVF cycles 5 of which ended up in early miscarriages and the rest were negative. I wasn't sure the next try would be any successful but it was. I decided to give a chance to egg donation and it's the first time I'm pregnant.

The clinic was chosen because of attractive prices mostly. In addition one of my colleague's sister had the same fertility treatment there and it was successful as well. My first impressions were positive, the only thing I can complain of is a delay. Too many people in the clinic, surrogates, couples, children, babies, medical personnel and all of them were too busy to pay attention to us, so we were sitting there for an hour (hopefully they had coffee and snacks). It's not connected with treatment anyway, medical part is great. I've never been so far before.

Why did I choose this clinic? The answer is simple it's all about the trust. I found lots of positive feedbacks about biotex and told to myself 'if people trust this clinic it means the people there do their best in order to help infertile couples.' I won't explain the first consultation and the treatment process I just say we are satisfied with all services they have offered for us.

This clinic has high success rates and so far my treatment is smooth and fine. there're no issues with my treatment whatsoever and doctors and managers seem to be very nice. especially doctors, though. everyone's trying to help me with my treatment and it is so comforting - seeing their compassion.

The clinic is great, small but great. outside it is like a castle but inside it is very modern. Plus their equipment, I think, corresponds to all of the European standards

I had a friend who came with me for the same treatment and sadly she will not be able to get pregnant but the bad news was broken so gently and kindly and she was not charged for any of the tests or accommodation.

It can be very daunting going to a new country but because this clinic offers complete packages which includes not only all the medical tests, scans, medication and consultations, also included in the packages are airport collection and drop back, accommodation in comfortable clean rooms, all the food you need in very healthy buffet style of a wide variety.
In fact, it is possible to turn up at the airport, have your treatment and not spend a penny for the whole duration of your stay!
The staff and management and case workers are fully committed to providing successful treatments in a transparent sympathetic way.
When I was waiting downstairs to be called for my consultation I spoke with several other patients who had had treatment in various other countries including their own and it was only at Biotexcom that they achieved successful pregnancies.
I don't need surrogacy but again I spoke with patients who were doing that and they were delighted in how the clinic provided this.

I was diagnosed with PCOS and premature ovarian failure three years ago, and was told by my fertility doctor that I had little hope of having any baby, not only because of my relatively old age (I am 42). I had pretty much given no hope and had nothing to strive or opt for. As a last effort I decided to look for reproductive technologies. I have read different articles and clinics' advertisements. I found a lot info about Biotexcom. There were many advantages for us. And we decided to try.

Two years ago I also used egg donation program in Ukraine. Firstly I was a little afraid. Unknown country, doubtful level of medicine and so on. But it was my last chance to become a mother. Very friendly and efficient clinic, all is arranged. We just had to arrive to Kiev and all was taken care of - transport to Hotel, accommodation and we had great weather too as a bonus :-)
