I am 47 years and had always dreamed of having another baby. Right from the beginning the clinic was very helpful and provided me with detailed information on the IVF process. I was assigned a personal IVF coordinator (Anna Karamitrou) who was very helpful and was always there for me if I had any questions or doubts. Also at the clinic, there was professional support and it was clearly explained what the next steps would be, this was very comforting and reassuring. I was pregnant at the first attempt and am now the proud mother of a beautiful and healthy son. I would like to thank the entire staff and Anna in particular for her endless help and devotion. After 2 years of marriage life we came here for an egg donor. I have tried for IUI but didn't achieve results. Then we came here for IVF with donor egg. I was failed - my IVF didn't succeed. Finding Dr Selim was one of the best moments in my IVF journey, the level of care and treatment received has been and continues to be outstanding. The 24-hour personal communication is exactly what I needed. Not having to wait anxiously for results or answers made the process so much easier. I believe my round was tailored to my individual needs and Dr Selim nurtured me when I came to him. He was happy to help me and supported my anxiety and own wishes always putting me first and in control of what was happening to me. The clinic was professional, clean and very welcoming. I entrusted a provider a very sensitive and complicated part of my anatomy and I’m so glad that this provider was Dr Bernard Kassab. Nothing I can say really does justice to this man. He is professional, caring, compassionate and a truly outstanding doctor. I count myself truly lucky to have found him. Now, I’m a 41 years old woman with a 20 years old vagina (Yes it is possible and no I'm not exaggerating). I had both vaginoplasty and Labiaplasty and my experience with Dr Kassab was fantastic! After having 3 kids and a bad episiotomy, I consulted with Dr Kassab to correct a functional impairment(loose muscles/ loss of sensation) and for aesthetic reasons (outer shape and volume) and after discussing everything in details we decided to opt for what is called “Neovagina”. The procedure was done at the clinic under local anaesthetic and to my surprise, he was the one next to me when I woke up, not the staff nor the nurses but the doctor himself taking matters into his own hands. He is phenomenal. Dr Bernard made me feel entirely at ease with the entire process. Recovery went exactly as he explained. 6 weeks to fully recover but it was so worth it.
