Professional doctors and Amazing patient coordination I had refractive lens replacement because I was not suitable for laser surgery. From the first online consultation until the day | left the country, the communication was excellent. The patient coordinators arranged my hotel, VIP transfer from the airport, and even helped me with translation when needed. Dr Kara performed my surgery, and I felt completely safe in his hands. The hospital facilities were modern and very clean. I now have trifocal lenses and can finally see clearly both near and far without glasses. Everything went smoothly, and I am extremely happy with the results.

I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. In December 2024, I had a lens replacement performed at the Refractive Center in Prague. For several months, I had been researching both in Norway and other countries to find the best eye surgeons. I chose Dr. Petr Novak in Prague. I had regular email correspondence with the clinic( a lovely woman named Babora), who answered all my questions. We agreed on a date when I (and my husband, who also underwent lens replacement ) would come for an examination. I went through eye and health examination. The procedure was performed on Wednesday for one eye and Friday for the other eye. During both the pre-examinations and the surgeries, I felt very well taken care of. Now, two months later, I am a happy woman who can see and read even the smallest text without glasses. Absolutely fantastic! A huge thanks to Dr. Petr Novak and his team!

I contacted the hospital at night requesting a possible surgery the next day so I could still catch my flight the day after. The Doctor and his team were extremely organized, and very detailed and ensured I had a successful surgery. I was able to catch my flight the next day out of Istanbul without any medical issues. I was booked for a free eye check during my next visit to Istanbul to confirm that my eyes were in perfect condition. I chose Orbit Medical Centre. Having looked at lots. and reading Reviews decided to get in touch. I Was greeted with a message from (Burak) who through WhatsApp Messenger. sorted out my appointment. I booked flights and hotel myself. staying Close To the practice. I was there a little early for my appointment. But not to worry Burak was there immediately to greet me. He took me in the lift to Get my examination Done. which was very thorough. I then went in to see Dr Sitki Eren. who check my eyes for distance. I thought I would then leave and come back the following day. But No having then sign a consent Form. I was taken down for surgery. it all happened so Quickly. I now have new Lenses. and I'm very pleased I've started to see things now without glasses and contact lenses. I now it will take some time to adjust. but im so Happy. and can't Thank Dr Eser and his team. especially Burak who has gone out of his way to look after Me. even driving me back to my hotel after Surgery. I've had one aftercare check-up. I've one more left to go. and cant Be more Pleased thank you all so much. ❤️

Many clinics have more reviews but of everyone, I contacted, she impressed me the most. Ebru gave me all the information and left the decision with me without any pressure. I spoke with her directly from my first enquiry without any middleman. The pre-surgery examination, lasek surgery and aftercare have been outstanding. The whole experience has been top class. I chose Praga Medica as they were competitive in pricing and because the reviews online were positive. Daniela was most helpful in communications lead up to the actual treatment sessions, clear and concise. I found all the staff at NeoVize polite and professional. A translator was provided however this was not really needed. The clinic is very easy to find, a two minute walk from the metro station in Prague. The actual surgery (I had monofocal lens replacement) was less than ten minutes for each eye (performed on separate days) and was painless. I have to say that I am astounded by the results and can see brilliantly for the first time in my life. I cannot recommend Praga Medica highly enough. The surgery has been life changing!
