Batuhan guided me through every single stage. From the consultation to the aftercare, he was always available, quick to respond to my messages, and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. On the day of the surgery, he was there to support me and explain everything again. The actual LASIK procedure took only a few minutes, and I could already see the difference right after. My vision has improved dramatically, and I no longer feel the inconvenience of wearing glasses. I had RLE surgery performed by Dr Petr Novak and his team approximately 4 weeks ago. The surgery was painless (really) The first eye was done on a Wednesday and the other on the following Friday, less than three days later. My eyesight, distance, reading and in-between are now better than I expected. I have a pile of redundant bifocal pairs of glasses which will never be used by me again, thanks to Dr Novak and his team.

I came from Finland for surgery with the doctor. As the surgery would be 1/5 of the price of what I would have to pay in in my own home country. I visited the doctor and he examined me and took the time to do all the proper tests to see if I needed the surgery or not. Turns out I had been misdiagnosed and there was no need for the surgery after all!! Though I did not need surgery, I can 100% recommend the doctor since he could have very easily said oh yeah sure let's do it, and just take my money! Overall the doctor was very professional and I could see that he had a lot of expertise and accumulated knowledge and it felt I could trust him. More than that the doctor’s assistant is amazing, speaks very good English, and provided clear and informed communication along the process. Very thankful for their efforts.

I'm pleased with the doctor's professionalism and kind approach from the beginning till the end. The operation was heavy regards my eye location in the head, but the doctor achieved great results not meters of this obstacle. I can advise you to use this doctor 100%. Only I can advise any potential patients to do more research regards the operation before doing something with their eyes.
