From start to finish, Batuhan was fabulous, keeping in touch every day, meeting at the front door and explaining exactly what was going to happen during the operation. I had the Odyssey lens replacement in both eyes, 10 min each operation, no pain whatsoever, and within 24 hrs after the second eye was done had 20/20 vision. Dr Selim explained what the operation would involve, and all went to plan. Absolutely all the staff were fab, even the taxi drivers who were so punctual. I had laser eye surgery at Batıgöz Eye Hospital two weeks ago, and so far I am very happy with the results. Before the surgery, I had myopia and astigmatism with around -6 vision. I chose Batıgöz because of their excellent reviews, TÜV certifications, modern equipment, and especially the experience of their doctors, who have been performing these procedures daily for many years. However, what impressed me the most was the communication and support from the clinic staff. I contacted three different clinics with questions, and Batıgöz was the only one that kept responding consistently — even during weekends. They answered every question patiently and made me feel understood, appreciated, and safe throughout the whole process. The clinic also organised a very nice hotel for me, my wife, and my child, and arranged transportation between the hotel and the clinic. Everything was smooth and well-organised. I was extremely nervous before the procedure, so I want to give special thanks to Dr. Methiye Önder. She spoke very good English and made me feel in good hands from our very first examination and meeting. The surgery itself was very fast. Right after the operation, I did not feel great, but Dr. Önder explained that this was completely normal. About 6 hours later, I suddenly started feeling much better, and the next day I honestly felt like a new person. During the post-surgery checkup, the doctor even gave me a special lens for my right eye because it had been chronically dry, explaining it would help it heal faster. We even managed to explore Istanbul a little after the surgery, and I had no issues with my new vision apart from the normal and expected temporary symptoms. Now, two weeks later, many of those symptoms have already disappeared. The doctor explained that the full healing process takes around 6 months. I am already very happy with the outcome. If I had to go through the whole experience again, I would definitely do it. Thank you again to Dr. Methiye Önder, her team, and Batıgöz Clinic. Outstanding experience at Yücelen Hospital in Muğla! My wife Julia and I visit Marmaris every year, and this time we decided to go to Yücelen Hospital in Muğla for medical care. I decided to have a full-body health Check, and my wife decided to have a chest reduction surgery. Everything was organised perfectly — all examinations were completed in one day. All doctors were very professional, kind and attentive. Most of them speak or understand English well, so communication was never a problem. We were also helped by Ms. Rüveyda, who translated everything clearly into English and guided us through the whole process, from department to department. Special thanks to Dr. Sabahattin Yaser, who performed my wife’s chest reduction surgery — the result looks amazing and very natural. Also, Dr. Erdem Sarı helped me with my stomach treatment and explained everything in detail. After the surgery, my wife stayed in the hospital for two more days, and the nursing team took excellent care of her — always kind, patient and attentive. Their help made the recovery comfortable and safe. The hospital even arranged transportation from our hotel and back, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I had EDOF lenses installed at this clinic in May 2025, and I am completely happy with the results and the service provided. Everyone from the Support staff to the Doctor were very professional, answered all my questions and have been providing follow-up care ever since. I highly recommend them for any ocular surgery!

Hi, I'm Jim. I've just had my eyes done. Trifocal lenses. Didn't feel anything, no pain at all. Surgeon really happy with him. Actually, everything is clear and I can see well now without any glasses and from a distance. I can see even the smallest prints. Surgery took about 10 minutes and was okay. People here are friendly, and the interpreter is great as well. Definitely recommend this place. Massive hospital with all the services.

I have had the best services in this hospital. As a foreigner, I do not know the Turkish Language but a lady, Azra, from the hospital staff not only helped us in translation with the doctor and other staff but also guided us on every stage. I am really thankful to Miss Azra for her great support. The hospital is very neat and clean. All staff members are very humble and cooperative.

I came from Finland for surgery with the doctor. As the surgery would be 1/5 of the price of what I would have to pay in in my own home country. I visited the doctor and he examined me and took the time to do all the proper tests to see if I needed the surgery or not. Turns out I had been misdiagnosed and there was no need for the surgery after all!! Though I did not need surgery, I can 100% recommend the doctor since he could have very easily said oh yeah sure let's do it, and just take my money! Overall the doctor was very professional and I could see that he had a lot of expertise and accumulated knowledge and it felt I could trust him. More than that the doctor’s assistant is amazing, speaks very good English, and provided clear and informed communication along the process. Very thankful for their efforts.

I just had an eye replacement surgery 2 days ago and I can already see the improvement. It is important to follow the post care (eye drops) as they say. Burak made this journey so much easier, I was freaking out because didn't know what to expect. He made me feel so calm and so helpful, answering all the questions without any hesitation. The surgery, done by Dr Eren, was so painless and so quick. Fantastic. Now I have to wait for a full recovery to be 100%.
