From start to finish, Batuhan was fabulous, keeping in touch every day, meeting at the front door and explaining exactly what was going to happen during the operation. I had the Odyssey lens replacement in both eyes, 10 min each operation, no pain whatsoever, and within 24 hrs after the second eye was done had 20/20 vision. Dr Selim explained what the operation would involve, and all went to plan. Absolutely all the staff were fab, even the taxi drivers who were so punctual. I had laser eye surgery at Batıgöz Eye Hospital two weeks ago, and so far I am very happy with the results. Before the surgery, I had myopia and astigmatism with around -6 vision. I chose Batıgöz because of their excellent reviews, TÜV certifications, modern equipment, and especially the experience of their doctors, who have been performing these procedures daily for many years. However, what impressed me the most was the communication and support from the clinic staff. I contacted three different clinics with questions, and Batıgöz was the only one that kept responding consistently — even during weekends. They answered every question patiently and made me feel understood, appreciated, and safe throughout the whole process. The clinic also organised a very nice hotel for me, my wife, and my child, and arranged transportation between the hotel and the clinic. Everything was smooth and well-organised. I was extremely nervous before the procedure, so I want to give special thanks to Dr. Methiye Önder. She spoke very good English and made me feel in good hands from our very first examination and meeting. The surgery itself was very fast. Right after the operation, I did not feel great, but Dr. Önder explained that this was completely normal. About 6 hours later, I suddenly started feeling much better, and the next day I honestly felt like a new person. During the post-surgery checkup, the doctor even gave me a special lens for my right eye because it had been chronically dry, explaining it would help it heal faster. We even managed to explore Istanbul a little after the surgery, and I had no issues with my new vision apart from the normal and expected temporary symptoms. Now, two weeks later, many of those symptoms have already disappeared. The doctor explained that the full healing process takes around 6 months. I am already very happy with the outcome. If I had to go through the whole experience again, I would definitely do it. Thank you again to Dr. Methiye Önder, her team, and Batıgöz Clinic. I had read many scary stories online before the surgery, but at Batıgöz I truly felt I was in good hands.

I have had the best services in this hospital. As a foreigner, I do not know the Turkish Language but a lady, Azra, from the hospital staff not only helped us in translation with the doctor and other staff but also guided us on every stage. I am really thankful to Miss Azra for her great support. The hospital is very neat and clean. All staff members are very humble and cooperative.

I wish I could recommend this clinic higher than 5*. They were amazing. I flew from the UK for my laser eye procedure. They were very professional, promptly replied to my emails and ensured my experience was perfect. As someone with high astigmatism, I did not know how they could correct my eyes. I came from Finland for surgery with the doctor. As the surgery would be 1/5 of the price of what I would have to pay in in my own home country. I visited the doctor and he examined me and took the time to do all the proper tests to see if I needed the surgery or not. Turns out I had been misdiagnosed and there was no need for the surgery after all!! Though I did not need surgery, I can 100% recommend the doctor since he could have very easily said oh yeah sure let's do it, and just take my money! Overall the doctor was very professional and I could see that he had a lot of expertise and accumulated knowledge and it felt I could trust him. More than that the doctor’s assistant is amazing, speaks very good English, and provided clear and informed communication along the process. Very thankful for their efforts.

The Doctor and staff have the time to talk to you and interact with the patients, they take their time to ensure you fully understand, in addition, the clinic offers state-of-the-art equipment and technology, which is astonishingly impressive and out of this world. The doctor was very talented, informative and educational previous to the operation with a brilliant performance on his dexterity to replace the lenses inside my eyes. I felt very welcomed by this team and confident enough that I had found the right clinic for my lens exchange treatment after all the profound research I had previously done to determine the right candidate for this procedure. The staff is quite courteous and they know what they are doing, no mistakes were involved in any step of the protocol, from arrival to full dismissal, the final outcome was beyond expected, and my sniper eagle-like vision was fully restored. I feel rejuvenated and quite happy I chose this clinic, recommended A+++++++.

The whole experience has been top class. I chose Praga Medica as they were competitive in pricing and because the reviews online were positive. Daniela was most helpful in communications lead up to the actual treatment sessions, clear and concise. I found all the staff at NeoVize polite and professional. A translator was provided however this was not really needed. The clinic is very easy to find, a two minute walk from the metro station in Prague. The actual surgery (I had monofocal lens replacement) was less than ten minutes for each eye (performed on separate days) and was painless. I have to say that I am astounded by the results and can see brilliantly for the first time in my life. I cannot recommend Praga Medica highly enough. The surgery has been life changing!
