I had a lens replacement surgery. It was a great and pleasant experience, and all the health consultants who assisted and supported me from start to finish were amazing. I will particularly mention Hassan, he was excellent as my consultant and interpreter and deserved a 5-star. My Doctor and surgeon, Dr Derda Ozer, was a brilliant and professional doctor and made me very comfortable before and after the surgery. He provided me all the information required and test pre- and post-surgery. The Trifocal and EMV lens replacement surgery IOL itself went very well without any problems at all. The Doctor was amazing with a lot of experience, and I was happy with the process and surgery itself. It was a great value for the amount I paid, and I chose the MDO health clinic because of their great reviews and track record of success from previous patients and My consultant, Hassan, was amazing in providing all the information I needed before making my decision to go with the clinic. My Clinic was the BHT clinic, which was a huge clinic and very clean and had all the state-of-the-art equipment and experts and specialists, and my Doctor Derda, was one of their best. Therefore, I will recommend him. I am now recovering, and my brain is still getting used to my new lenses since it's only just 2 weeks since the surgery.

Hello - this week is one year since my treatment and I would like to share the experience. Everything from start to finish was made easy, professional and super friendly. I opened my first eye in the morning with clear vision, two days later the next. The only glasses I wear now are RayBans and that’s just to look cool. I have toiled with the idea of lens replacement surgery for the past few years. I attended a consultation at a clinic in Glasgow and was quoted £7000 but after reading a lot of poor reviews, I decided against it. I did my research on lens replacement surgery in Antalya and was drawn to Dr Emir Dogan, and seeing as the reviews and price were so affordable, I made contact. The initial contact is through WhatsApp (the same goes for any work you'll get done in Turkey) which made me feel a bit uneasy at first but I knew I was in good hands from the minute I arrived in Antalya. Dr Dogan, appointed an English speaking colleague who drove me to and from the hospital and stayed with me to translate and ensure I was comfortable and understood everything. The hospital is immaculate and modern, I was given a lovely relaxing room to myself which I used pre and post-surgery. The staff were so attentive, one of the girls literally held my hand on my way surgery. Dr Dogan was amazing, I knew I was in good hands from the minute I met him. The surgery was painless and took around 20 minutes, he spoke me through the whole process and constantly reassured me and checked to make sure I was feeling ok throughout the procedure. I remember after the surgery, I stood up and he cleaned my eyes exactly the way you'd expect a caring family member to look after you. This small but attentive gesture made me feel safe. I returned to have my second eye done and the experience was exactly the same, the whole team are so nice. I would recommend Dr Dogan to anyone who is considering lens replacement surgery. My eyesight is pretty much perfect and I love life without my specs.

I contacted the hospital at night requesting a possible surgery the next day so I could still catch my flight the day after. The Doctor and his team were extremely organized, and very detailed and ensured I had a successful surgery. I was able to catch my flight the next day out of Istanbul without any medical issues. I was booked for a free eye check during my next visit to Istanbul to confirm that my eyes were in perfect condition. Special thanks to Abdurahym who made our English-Turkish communication easy and to Prof. Dr. Ahmet Satici for diligently explaining and handling the process efficiently. Your team remains the best!

I just had an eye replacement surgery 2 days ago and I can already see the improvement. It is important to follow the post care (eye drops) as they say. Burak made this journey so much easier, I was freaking out because didn't know what to expect. He made me feel so calm and so helpful, answering all the questions without any hesitation. The surgery, done by Dr Eren, was so painless and so quick. Fantastic. Now I have to wait for a full recovery to be 100%.
