When I arrived in Turkey I had my driver who took me straight to the hospital for blood tests and X-ray, then to a 4-star hotel - which was amazing. On the day of the surgery, I was supported by Sibel and Mari who were so attentive, that I met my surgeon and discussed the procedure in detail. I had an ECG for the anesthetiser to assess and then I was given the all-clear for my op. Post op I have been visited by my surgeon twice, Sibil and Mari came to visit. The following day the surgeon came to remove the drains. He made sure I was happy. He was gentle and attentive. Sibil and Mari also came and I was driven back to the hotel, with my medication to rest and recover (read a book around the pool). I have had messages asking about my well-being. From start to finish Catch Life has been so supportive, and professional and made me feel so special. I feel so looked after, I’m pleased with my results and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for more. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Awesome team of health providers. The premises are equipped with multiple floors of state of art equipment just for the preliminary eye exam and diagnostic all the way to the sophisticated surgical level. On day one my ( International clinical coordinator ) walked me through the whole process, educating me in regards to this matter such as selecting my HD Alcon trifocal lenses, through the whole clinical procedure, coordinating my trip from the USA to Antalya and translating for me in English ’til the day I was fully dismissed by the Dr. Upon discharge he even walked me out to help me get my Taxi, he is just a kind awesome soul !! fully attentive and knowledgeable about the details pertaining to my operation (Natural Lense exchange and Cataract removal ), it took only three short roundtrips to the Clinic to complete, and little did I know I was rejuvenated with a High Definition close, mid, and far-range vision, in less than 30 min procedure, it sounds intimidating but for them, this is the daily routine.
