I underwent LASIK surgery with Dr. Selim Güldiken, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. For years, I depended on glasses and contact lenses, and I was nervous about having surgery. Dr. Selim’s calm and professional approach helped me overcome my fears. He explained exactly how the procedure would be done and what I should expect afterward. Batuhan guided me through every single stage. From the consultation to the aftercare, he was always available, quick to respond to my messages, and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. On the day of the surgery, he was there to support me and explain everything again. The actual LASIK procedure took only a few minutes, and I could already see the difference right after. My vision has improved dramatically, and I no longer feel the inconvenience of wearing glasses. I’m deeply thankful to both Dr. Selim for his expertise and Batuhan for his outstanding coordination and kindness.

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. I contacted the hospital at night requesting a possible surgery the next day so I could still catch my flight the day after. The Doctor and his team were extremely organized, and very detailed and ensured I had a successful surgery. I was able to catch my flight the next day out of Istanbul without any medical issues. I was booked for a free eye check during my next visit to Istanbul to confirm that my eyes were in perfect condition. Special thanks to Abdurahym who made our English-Turkish communication easy and to Prof. Dr. Ahmet Satici for diligently explaining and handling the process efficiently. Your team remains the best!

I just had an eye replacement surgery 2 days ago and I can already see the improvement. It is important to follow the post care (eye drops) as they say. Burak made this journey so much easier, I was freaking out because didn't know what to expect. He made me feel so calm and so helpful, answering all the questions without any hesitation. The surgery, done by Dr Eren, was so painless and so quick. Fantastic. Now I have to wait for a full recovery to be 100%.
