Dear Dian, Thank you for your comment, and your phone call. I am glad you were pleased with the over all service. As to your other concerns I feel you are mistaken as to several assumptions Actually, we are very concerned with patients, and their care. I think this should be apparent as I have offered to drive to work tomorrow and to see you personally on my morning off, and to hand you over to another doctor. I have already worked 57 hours this week. That I took your call listened to your complaint and offers a solution which will take an hour out of my only morning off this entire week, is much more than most doctors would do in any country, I believe. It cant be helped if you can only come on weekends, during hours that I am doing other work Your comment here is not very kind nor reasonable, and I am hoping you made it before you called me. Otherwise, I should be pretty offended. You were also unkind to me on the phone as well-- which I am sure you did not intend, but it surprised me after what I had offered to do. Each month we have patients from Vietnam as well as other countries, including America, Australia , many European countries, Tokyo Japan. We are absolutely full almost every day of the week. We do everything in our power to create an environment where our staff and patients have a good experience, and have retained most of our good staff for many years. We are constantly told that we provide a high level of service at a good value.
We are not perfect, but we are doing our best. I assure you if it was only about money, there are many places in the world we would go where we could make more money and with less difficulty than here.
