Blood test was taken very quickly upon arrival and I cannot fault Kani in the slightest, over and done with in seconds! Reception upon arrival from staff was welcoming and on point, cannot fault Long Field Polyclinic at all

I had the most wonderful experience with Mr Masha Singh. I visited him for an earlobe repair after stretching my earlobe a few years back. I spoke to a few other practices but this one was really good value, and the communication with Renata was quick and painless. On the day, Mr Singh made me feel totally at ease, with a really helpful description of what the surgery entailed, what the potential risks were, and what the end result would be. It made a potentially nerve-wracking experience much more relaxing. He was chatty and very kind throughout. I’ve had my stitches out today, and I’m delighted with the result. A few more weeks and it’ll be good as new! Thanks to everyone who works at the GP surgery - and particular thanks to Mr Singh!

Dr Lewis acted calmly and with great authority when I called her when my daughter was taken ill in March 2020. My 11-year-old daughter had developed a very worrying cough and was very poorly. My local NHS GP would not see her or prescribe antibiotics and told me coldly that my child should be put in isolation for 14 days and wait and see what happens? Everyone with her symptoms was being treated as if they had Coronavirus and would not listen to the fact that she had pre-existing chest problems and had bronchitis many times in the past and ended up in the hospital. I could not accept this and called Dr Lewis she listened carefully and took full control of the situation. Her surgery was closing at 1pm and I could not get there before 1.30 yet when I arrived she had all the medicines packaged and waiting for me in a separate place even after they had closed I gave my daughter her pumps and antibiotics within two hours of making a phone call to Dr Lewis. Alice is now recovering well thanks to Dr Lewis's fast action and knowledge. I can totally recomend Surrey GP Dr Lewis even phoned to see how Alice was in her own time. A great Dr you can trust and rely on. Thank you, Dr Lewis, from all our family.

Appt on time. The nurse (Jane ) was very welcoming and all was very professional - very pleased and will be having my 2nd jab there in two months.

I had microneedling with Tracey and loved it. Found customer service, first class, parking in Belfast was convenient, excellent attention to detail, lovely surroundings and a great team. Microneedling is excellent for collagen boosting, very well priced, and has a first-class impression.

Hi Antoinette here reviewing again , I wrote about my recent visit to Poly Clinic "unit E" The Gable's, Fairgreen, Limerick about skin infections that I have had over 8 years with no solution. So I'm very pleased to say Dr. Adel Bugtur has found the answers I was looking for after taking nasal + body swabs and blood tests from me. I am delighted with the appropriate treatment and most importantly he listened to me , not assuming anything else was wrong with me, is just fantastic within in 3 weeks of contacting the Poly Clinic my health and happiness has been amazingly better. I opted to see Professor Ahmed at his clinic as I was desperate to check on my heart health because of very high blood pressure and collapsing. It took 1 visit for Professor Ahmed to diagnose the first issue of high blood pressure of which medication was given. After taking the medication for 3 weeks I felt so much better and the dizziness and blood pressure was very much better and back to normal. The treatment was very thorough and successful and my heart was checked for any other issues. A very big thank you to Professor Ahmed and his lovely staff.

I cannot thank Sarah enough! My ears required irrigation, and everything went exceptionally well. I was seen on time, and the result was amazing—I can hear once more! Thanks very much.
