This includes a home based alcohol detox provided by a qualified, registered nurse and mental health facilitator, a visiting mental health facilitator will also continue to visit you at home at a time that suits you and your family schedule. Integrated treatments are a combination of methods that are evidence based and patient centered and other professional may be asked to link in with your treatment plan. The team will also work with your family members and help them to get the support, advice and education they need so you can all move forward as a family together.
