Mindset Reprogramming from 77 € Mindset Reprogramming Session is a powerful yet gentle experience designed to help you release limiting beliefs, calm your nervous system, and create healthier thought patterns through Anna's method The Inner Recode. This session combines guided meditation and conscious breathwork to help you move out of stress, overthinking, and emotional overload, and into a state of clarity, calm, and inner balance. During the session, you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state where the mind becomes more open and receptive. Through gentle breathing techniques and guided visualization, we work with the subconscious mind to: Release negative thought patterns and emotional blocks Reduce anxiety, stress, and mental tension Reprogram unhelpful beliefs and habits Build self-confidence and inner safety Create a more positive, calm, and supportive inner dialogue You don’t need any experience with meditation or breathwork. You simply lie down or sit comfortably and follow the guidance.
Reiki from 55 € A Reiki treatment is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing session where the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body. The goal is not to massage muscles or manipulate bones, but to help balance the body’s energy, release tension, and support the body’s natural ability to heal itself. During a session, you usually lie down fully clothed in a peaceful, relaxed setting. Many people feel warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of relaxation, as if their nervous system finally got permission to exhale. Others simply feel calm and lighter, like mental noise fading into the background. Reiki is often used to: Reduce stress and anxiety Promote deep relaxation Support emotional healing Improve overall well-being Help the body recover from fatigue or illness It doesn’t replace medical treatment, but works alongside it, like a soft light filling the quiet corners where tension likes to hide
