My name is Mohamed. I live on California, USA. My story with dentaray started on July 2025, when I was struggling with my bad teeth. Several doctors on California made me lose hope about the condition of my teeth, especially since dental prices on America are high. I searched around looking for premium dental clinics that fit on my budget. Based on reviews, I decided on Dentaray. I submitted an online consultation request and received a response in last than 30 minutes. Mr NOUR is the clinic's medical consultant, is very responsible, friendly, and knowledgeable. He provided me with all the instructions and asked me to send photos of my teeth. He answered all my questions in specific detail. In less than 24 hours, my appointment was booked. He reserved the hotel room for me and prepared the transportation for me; the hotel and transportation are free of charge, meaning that the clinic would pay for the hotel and transport if you do a Hollywood smile there. Mr Nour was also in contact with me during my flight. When I arrived to Istanbul, the driver was waiting for me in the airport, then another driver picked me up from the hotel to the clinic. The hotel was near the clinic. The clinic staff is very friendly, and the clinic is super clean and equipped with the newest technology. My primary dentist is Abdulnasser, is very genius and intelligent. He was able to prepare my teeth for crowns despite my teeth's condition. One of my teeth had only the roots remaining on my gums, which a couple of doctors in California had advised that surgery was needed to extract those roots. Dr. Abdulnasser was able to extract them without surgery or pain. I had 26 Zirconium crowns and 12 canaled root treatments done professionally in one week. The crowns they put are guaranteed for life if properly taken care of. I stayed in Istanbul for 8 days. Every day, Mr. Nour would call me and text me to provide me with an appointment for the next day. On the day of travel, a driver was waiting for me outside the hotel to pick me up to the airport. Even after treatment is complete, Mr. NOUR is still responding quickly to all my calls and text messages. He would send my concerns to my dentist and answer them. Dr. Iván and her patient coordinator Brianda are absolutely amazing! They made me feel completely at ease during my appointment, even though I was quite nervous. I have been researching dental implants for quite some time now. I was looking for price affordability, quality of materials, expertise and the risk of doing a full mouth implant for myself. This is to replace my partial denture and several loose teeth, which are very uncomfortable as of late. I looked into local oral surgery offices in and around Houston, Texas, and abroad (Turkey, the Philippines and Mexico). The cost is high and I’m very much priced out of the quote I was given in Houston. I chose Algodones, Mexico for its short flight from where I am. Two to three hours from Houston, and about 18 hours less for flights to Turkey or the Philippines. I’m originally from the Philippines, but my thought process is to have a quick flight in case I need an emergency remedy for my implants; thus, Mexico was my final choice. I spent hours texting and talking to different clinics in Algodones, Mexico, comparing prices in connection to the services and materials included in the package they offered. And from my research came one clinic that I thought had the highest quality of implant with an affordable package for a full mouth procedure. Varto Oral Surgery quoted me less than $20K in September 2025 with “all on four” on upper and lower implants using Straumann and Zirconia permanent teeth. The packages also include bone graft, dental extractions, ct scan, sedation, hotel accommodation and airport pickup to and from the hotel/airport. Dr. Roberto Vargas and his team worked on my procedure with ease and reassuring calmness as if they’ve done this kind of surgery a million times. I was awake when they cleaned my existing teeth. After that, I got sedated, and when I woke up, all my old teeth were extracted, and 8 implants were already embedded into my jaw. I felt only a little discomfort on my gums. The next morning, I was fitted with the temporary teeth and by noon, I was on the observation phase with almost no swelling. Varto clinic provided me, free of charge, medications for two weeks. As I write this review, it’s been 4 weeks since my procedure. I have no more swelling, no pain on my gums, and no bleeding. Chewing a food that is comparable to boiled broccoli is still getting used to but with careful processing, it is manageable. My next appointment for permanent Zirconia teeth fitting is in February, and it seems my healing is progressing so fast that I can be back before the allocated 4 months healing period. I am from Canada and whole-mouth dental implants are crazy expensive. Doing my due diligence (pricing, plan and time of completion), (with my dentists and through the dental school)), I found Costa Rica and Turkey were the two top countries for dental implants. Therefore, I randomly sent a request for information on the internet and within no time Dr. URZOLA called me. He was so informative and spoke English so well, I wasn’t long booking an appointment. Still, I had reservations and was hesitant about not knowing Dr. URZOLA and travelling to another country. Remember I had done my due diligence, I knew from my doctors in Canada what I needed to do. Well, after Dr. URZOLA saw my X-ray he reviewed his plan for me and was bang on. On Feb 12, 2024, I had 10 extractions, 2 sinus lifts, 5 implants in the top and 7 in the bottom. It was about a 4-hour procedure. (My dentist in Canada thinks I am crazy to have all this done at once) but it is done! The worst is over! I am so happy I trusted Dr URZOLA, Christina and the staff! Once the procedure was over, there were many follow-up checkups. Christina arranged for my pick up and delivery to the airport as well as hotel accommodations and drivers to their office and back to the hotel. It was hassle-free, and I am so grateful for this. Over the length of time, I met other people who were just like me. In terms of spending a lifetime trying to save my teeth who didn’t want to spend their life dealing with floppy dentures and adhesives? They also were very pleased and confident with Dr URZOLA. What a relief! I too have no reservations. No doubts. I will be returning to Costa Rica and to Dr URZOLA’s office to get two more implants on the top arch and my permanents at the end of June. It will be great to see everyone again. And of course to have my new white permanent teeth! No longer have to deal with dis-coloured, wobbly teeth, numerous dentist appointments, infections and partials. Happy dance! :)

The clinic has been extremely professional! They collected me from the airport and to and from the hotel and back to the airport, Yun made all the appointments and sent messages to confirm dates and treatment times the night before. Her friendly attitude and command of English are brilliant! She is a gem. Dr Sandy the dentist is so thorough and did an excellent job on my crowns! She hums and sings as she works which helped me to relax! I can’t thank her enough for such an efficient service — way beyond my expectations. I highly recommend her! Her nurse is also excellent - sorry I didn’t remember her name but again efficient in a lovely manner. Thank you all so much! I will be back for more treatments in 6 months!

I have had all on 4 top and bottom performed at DR Care, from the very first consultation the service and professionalism have been first class.
