My teeth were drilled back to the core and temporary crowns fitted. After waiting a few days, the permanent crowns were ready. Next, the extractions were done and the implants were drilled in. A temporary bridge was fitted over the implants and 4 months passed before one final trip to fit crowns and abutments to the implants that were now bonded to the bone and fully healed. There was a degree of sensitivity to the new crowns at the back for several weeks, but this is expected and gradually recedes. Inserting implants is quite invasive and you will likely require anti-inflammatory painkillers for just a few days, which you will be prescribed. I now have a beautiful mouthful of natural-looking white teeth without screaming it out loud like some can. Thanks to the skill and artistry of Dr Cem Baysal, they are perfectly symmetrical. Each tooth is precision-engineered for a perfect fit. Floss slides between each tooth just as it should. No gap is too wide and no gap is too tight. Cem is a perfectionist. He is vastly experienced, highly skilled, and a thoroughly nice guy.
