Explaining everything about the procedures and reassuring us that I would be fine. I was then introduced to Dr. Palacio (not sure of the spelling), and he was incredible. This Doctor was so gentle and explained everything he was going to do to me before he did it. My nerves settled down and the procedure was performed. After the procedure was done I told Manny and my husband "this was a piece of cake". After the procedure, I have had no issues and very little discomfort. Dr Martinez and his hospitality make you feel more at home than at a dentist's office. Very comfortable yet professional setting and exceptional work. I flew from NY and still managed to save thousands even after flight purchase on an upper arch while preserving my bottom teeth.
