If you're looking for state-of-the-art equipment and a dentist who is both gentle and meticulous, you should give Doctor Salazar a try! The work my wife and I had done would've cost several thousand dollars north of the border but was only a small fraction of that in Mexico, and I don't think I've ever had better care. Crossing the border was a breeze and the clinic is only a block and a half walk. Nuevo Progreso is such a nice little town and the people are so friendly! We never felt uncomfortable for a moment and will certainly return in the future! Great job you guys!

HyL offered to have a driver pick me up at the boarder, but I wanted to walk the short distance. The clinic is a ten minute walk from the boarder, making access very convenient for US citizens. Both Dr. Contreras and Dr. Uribe were extremely patient in listening to my dental history treatment concerns and dental goals. Dr. Contreras was very professional and understanding when I declined his treatment recommendation. His dental work was excellent and Dr. Uribe ensured that overnight hotel accommodations were reset after a hotel scheduling mishap. Diana the Dental Hygienist was gentle and thorough. The dental onlay feels firm and I will be returning soon for a crown and implant. The professionals like doctors Contreras and Uribe in Matamoros Mexico build confidence for US citizens to consider reducing their dental cost and increasing dental health.
