Dental Implants Nuevo Progreso

I found Dr. Salazar‘s clinic online, I called and immediately, was able to speak to a representative of his office who was fluent in English. I called on Thursday and received an appointment on Saturday. On Saturday when I arrived in Progreso, I parked on the US side and was met by one of his office staff at the bridge. She accompanied me to the office. The office was clean, cool and professional. I was evaluated a digital scan was completed and we discussed my treatment options. I had had injury to both of my front teeth when I was quite young and knew that veneers were not going be a long-term option for me, due to the width of my smile and the color of my permanent teeth I knew that I was looking at several crowns. Dr. Salazar and I made the decision to aesthetically improve my smile with zirconia crowns. The prep work for my crowns was performed the same day with placement of temporary crowns with very little discomfort. I was able to choose the shade of my crowns.My second appointment was on Sunday. The crowns were in office and a basic fitting was done with a few adjustments. I was completely stunned by the results and so happy that I made the decision to see Dr. Salazar and his team. I could have never had dental work like this done in the US. It would’ve involved many dental appointments loss of time at work and a lot more money. In fact I wouldn’t of been able to afford the same treatment plan in the states. When I was finished, Dr. Salazar made sure that I got back to my car safely, although I never felt unsafe during my trip. I found the staff very responsive and accommodating to my needs. Where to even begin… My father was interested in getting full top and bottom implants due to losing and breaking a lot of teeth during other medical treatments (cancer). When he told me he was looking into getting it done in Mexico due to being unable to afford it in America, I was very suspicious. (I’ve lived in a 3rd world country for 5 years doing mission work, so I know how easy it can be to get botched services or get scammed) I did SO much research on Stetic and the staff. After everything, I was still questioning due to there being both amazing and awful reviews all over the internet. I finally agreed to take my dad down from WI to Mexico for the surgery. I told my dad that I would 100% cancel the whole thing if we get down there and I have even the slightest worry about any of it. When we arrived, I had my guard completely up and was very inquisitive about everything! After getting to know the staff and the dental office, I started to feel more at ease. Keep in mind, this is still not a “first world” dental office, however, it was very legit and professional. My dad's first procedure went great. I was so impressed that I inquired about wisdom tooth extraction. I had been quoted $3,600 in America and it was way out of my range. So much so, that I had given up on the idea of getting them out and figured I would just deal with the sore mouth and headaches for the rest of my life. After X-rays of my mouth were taken, the surgeon explained how easy my removal would be. I decided to go ahead with it. Hear me when I say, “This was one of the GREATEST decisions of my life!”. He removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth with the whole tooth intact! I had no pain and little to no swelling. We flew home the next day and no one at home or work had any idea that I had gotten them out! I have not had a headache since and zero sores in the back of my mouth! Please understand that all the reviews that you read online are not always legit. Other people/companies trying to put bad reviews to boost themselves/trash others is very common, especially in more “third world” type countries. If you see some of these bad reviews, I encourage you to do your research or go take a visit to the Stetic office yourself. You will realize that it is nothing but legit and amazing services! I tell so many people about Stetic and encourage people to look into it if they need any dental services! Manny and the entire team at Stetic are great, you won't regret your decision to work with them!

Dr. Edgar is the best. We have gone to him for some years, long trips from Missouri. He has done much work for us, including many crowns and some implants, as well as bone grafts. My estimate on implants in MO was $46,000-$58,000. When I got to Dr. Edgar, after a thorough examination, he refused to even do implants, saying I did not need them yet, and it would be malpractice to pull all of my teeth at that time. He gave me beautiful teeth for $5600. Over the years since, my husband and I have had additional implants, and we are extremely satisfied with Dr. Edgar.
