Thank you and the biggest respect for the best doctor, who stands up for his job. I came during the pandemic because my crown fell off and Dr Marco good at taking care of me. I was surprised when I got my bill, I pay NOTHING because my crown under warranty and I'm all ready to pay for it the years I go. With respect to this clinic even during a hard time in a business they stand for the job and keep promises. I'm planning to bring my mom from Russia in a few months, Dr Marco our doctor forever!

Chipped my front tooth during a vacation in Guanacaste. I contacted Dr. Diego at 10am Wednesday morning and he had me booked in later that day at 2pm. Other dentists I contacted said they couldn’t assess the tooth until the next week. Dr. Diego understood the urgency in my situation and made room for me in his schedule right away and I’m truly thankful. From the moment I walked into Dr.Diego’s office, I felt at ease. He walked me through exactly what was needed and gave his professional advice. He fixed my tooth painlessly and professionally. Since my experience was incredibly seamless and professional, I decided to book Dr.Diego to complete a full crown for me (which I had been delaying on in Canada). I am now revisiting Dr.Diego later this month to complete the rest of my dental work! I absolutely recommend Dr. Diego

Dr Oriana and Dr Ernesto did exceptional work, is a dream I had for more than 40 years because I was very young when I lost my teeth. I am very satisfied and super happy I can smile again. I do not give 5 star reviews because I believe there is always ways to improve. I have finally met my match. Sonria Dental Clinic in Costa Rica is 5 stars. I am from Oregon and dental prices here are so expensive for all the crowns and bridges I needed, I could not afford them. From the time I started inquiries with Sonria about my dental situation in June 2023 until I visited their facility in January 2024, they were the most kind and professional group of professionals I have ever worked with. They had a driver (Ronald), pick me up from the airport upon arriving and take me to my one-month apartment in Escazu. Ronald took me to and from every appointment and would even stop if I needed to pick something up at the store. I never needed a car. The dentist Dr. Gonzales was the best, upon arrival the first time she explained to me how the entire process was going to work and during the entire dental procedure she never deviated from our schedule. She was so great at explaining things. Dr Gonzales husband managed the business and and they all treated my like family. I was never concerned or worried. In a year or two my wife needs dental work also and I assure you she will be going to Sonria Dental Clinic.

Two dentists in Canada recommended dental implants in place of my lower teeth. I was on vacation in Costa Rica and decided to get another opinion. I first approached another dentist in Coco but was turned off by his manner. I then sent my file to Dr. Ballestero. From that moment it was clear that Dr. B was different! He phoned me in Canada to discuss the recommendations and ultimately he recommended I do not go the full implant route. Not only was the cost less than 1/4 of the quotes I received in Canada - but the time, and care, and concern were far superior to what I had been receiving or have ever received from a dentist. I had the work done in March 2018 and the experience was amazing. Dr. Ballestero's professionalism coupled with his caring manner are unmatched. If there was a way to give him more than 5 stars I would! I would happily recommend Dr. Ballestero to anyone considering any level of dental treatment.
