Crowns are applied to treat major damage of tooth structure or aesthetic problems. Base-zirconium-oxide crown and bridge is the most modern and up-to-date solution in dental care for making fixed dentures, and the applied basic material originally used in space technology. It is the most perfect fixed denture from the point of view of aesthetic and biocompability. There is no recorded case of allergical reaction to zirconium-oxide in scientific references and literature. Its interaction with other metals used in dentistry can be actually ruled out.
